07:57 actually the thing that has changed most significantly over the last 3.5 years is DW's shareholding over the last 3.5 years (21/02/2016) +~392% much of that is reinvestment of salary into options that formed part of his total remuneration package.
acreage had increased by ~50%
Base Salary has increased ~10% over the period.
SP decreased ~47%
All figures available to check on public record and for those who are invested you can always vote at AGM/EGMs in respect of remuneration packages see constitution, the choice is yours.
As I have often said use others posts to further knowledge and understanding :-)

I would say it's very clear myself, "act or omission" and although a healthy sum $500K hardly a king's ransom.

Good Morning everyone, like most I am waiting hoping for a reasonable deal that ensures the future of the company and a drilling programme this winter to prove up Icewine conventional at least, deadlines, targets etc. I am sure now out of DWs hands even if we have a deal agreed in essence between the commercial parties we still have to wait for divisional approval (DOG), do not see that it will be refused but it is a bit ZZZzzzzzzz.

Did not even manage 0.1% of all shares traded today, not sure if anything can be read in to sub decimal point SP changes, seems as if most LTH are holding on and the "shorters" are not interested :-(
No problems I can wait, probably not DW's decision in any case despite some of the nonsense being posted by a few.

BB google is just last trade, so up if a buy, down if a sell.

The London Stock Exchange actually showed the 353K trade but did not compute into the days trades for quite a while, not usual to see that but perhaps change in codes has introduced a genuine reason (or not).

if DW "executes" a rig contract which I assume most would consider a fairly major statement of intent will it hidden under the cloak of current negotiations ( at least until 31/08/2019) or will it have to be disclosed?
