Think the authorities will have been very much involved in planning this move with Cruz, AK is just an association of truck companies with no general responsibility for traffic bulletins. Although once they published the first link in my view they should have updated.

15:31 often here "that MMs are looking for shares to satisfy a large order", if so they have sold on basis of not enough stock, sure it is done on a regular basis and they can probably get that stock most times even if it takes a tree shake.

The MMs appear to be able to sell what they have not, remember 90% quotes figure, but obviously may pay more for stock than for what they it sold it for in certain circumstances.
think the idiots guide may be a useful addendum for me at least :-)
