HC show the market depths, that is the shares available on market at whatever price, currently we are stuck between 0.5c & 0.6c. A move to between 0.6c & 0.7C would be a positive.

10:33 yes very much dependent on the last trade whether a "buy" or a "sell", reference to the daily chart on HC will in fact show trades at 0.0005 increments (hope I got the decimals correct) although reporting remains at three places of decimal.
As for the % an apparent 0.001 increase does not always lead to a blanket 20% move either way, if you check back.
There is a closing price calculation.
I did query with ASX response below.

"There is no specified amount of decimal places when calculating the closing price that is defined by the operating rules and guidance notes. The ASX quotes three decimal places as there are some securities that are priced below $0.01."

So maybe the internal closing price may be many decimal prices.

PS when I post the previous days figures for ASX & Chi-X I just add the "up" or "down" to signify which way that % goes.

if you truly believe that "there has never actually been any real possibility of oil riches through 88e", then I would suggest rather than hang around it may be better to do some research on other vehicles that may at least give you some growth, yes it will cost you the spread and commission charges but at least you can move forward.
