I do not know what the exact details of that means but your point 3 is possibly moot going forward, I am not defending DW's salary but in the past posters have often quoted gross including all awarded options etc. the great majority of those options have never been taken up as cost of exercise was prohibitive, of course one could argue that low SP was a direct result of company actions.
At the moment the cost of going forward and possibly accelerating progress and then how we finance that coupled with the short Alaskan season for drilling are prime concerns.

in hindsight Winx was a mistake but after the death of Paul and the failure of Icewine#2 it probably seemed a good idea at the time, my view on Yukon is that it has not cost a fortune in leases and at least the 3D was gained very quickly, had Jade managed a drill this winter could have added some value.
As I have said Alaska is a tough place think 99% of posters here (including me) did not realise how tough.

I am not making any excuses here but the loss of PB was a massive blow as was the SOA withdrawal of support for North Slope Explorations and subsequent minimal repayments that have left us nursing interest payments on a debt that should have been cleared 4 years ago, even if Paul had lived I doubt that we would have been able to afford another HRZ drill without a farm out partner and would out results have attracted anyone?
Alaska is tough take a look at what happened to the original Great Bear Petroleum , BRPC and indeed this history of small cap exploration on the NPR-A.

10:46 My only thought on POO is that at the moment many oil companies/investors have battened down the hatches and mothballed projects for foreseeable future, look back at the original Armstrong / OSH deal and POO did play a part in the valuation, but that is just my opinion.

Not sure if DW actually gave a definite that we would see results within 2-3 weeks from the 20th April, merely that was the projected time scale to complete initial tests, we do not know whether Covid-19 may have interfered with the timescale, expect we will see something near term, lets not assume.
