Thanks for your explanation of how ASX works as a matched market.
VWAP seems a better indicator as last price on ASX is heavily influenced as to whether the last published trade is a buy or sell.
For anyone interested one source of VWAP (volume weighted average price) given in link below.

That RNS tells us very little outside of;
fraccing operation took longer than anticipated due to weather conditions, if I remember acurately minus 42 degrees C on 10th March. Fraccing fluid is mainly water so can imagine all sorts of issues.
Flowback operations to conclude in a few days but nothing definite in terms of rate or composition.
We are planning to be on the icepad until mid April, which will be necessary to complete upper reservoir test.
I would not get hung up on "pleased".
Just for interest

I think my advise would be to do your own research and check facts before believing any posts here or on other board, be aware too of the risks involved in investing in shares especially those quoted on AIM, you may lose your shirt!
88E could be on the cusp of something good but nothing is guaranteed despite what some here may tell you.
Best of luck

I think that what PANR have shown is that the oil is there but that its tight and flow rates may not be headliners, even the long term horizontal test at Alkaid-2 failed to achieve the companies initial forecast although some of that could be fixable with amendments to stimulation methods and flow rates etc. but gas oil ratio issue they had there is a harder thing to fix as at the current time there is no easy access to market for the excess gas that can not be flared off, forget the proposed gas pipeline that is still somewhere up in the clouds at the moment, no one has come forward with clear proposals to how it will be financed, its been talked about for the last umpteen years and will no doubt continue to be just talk for quite a while yet if not for ever.
So all is not perfect over at our neighbours and they have a long way to go yet (as 88E does)
It was a strong rumour that before Oil Search did their deal with Bill Armstrong they actually did a once over at Great Bear ( GBP's then Finance Director had worked for/with OSL) but decided that the Nanashuk with its proven oil resource and flowrates was the better option despite the distance to pipelines.

As I say a rumour but logical as GBP face the reality of running out of cash.
Just one thing further I have often wondered where some of the contents of certain posts actually emanate from are they actually proxies? and if so who?
Posts at 09:50, 09:34 suggest I am not alone in wondering why posters who are invested elsewhere take so much time and trouble to research and post here 😐

Announcement is dated 11/03/2024
https://clients3.weblink.com.au/pdf/88E/02783190.pdf
but
released on ASX 10/03/2024 10:27PM
https://www.asx.com.au/markets/company/88E
released on AIM 11/03/2024 07:00 Hrs.
So prepared on 10th, but we still don't know how long the perforation and fraccing took, plus of course 88E only state "approximately ten days. ", so to claim we are late or overdue at this stage is unfair.
Per last RNS perforation and fracking operations were still to be completed before flow testing operations could begin it going to be 10 days plus before any results will be known, so at the moment we are inside plan.
Last RNS 11/03/2024
Conditions on NS look OK (all things relative) next 14 days so sit back and relax.
PS
ASX Rule 3.1 continuous disclosure means that if anything happens that may have a material effect on the share value the company must notify ASX immediately , nothing has been released to ASX so again we must assume OK.

AIDEA
I not sure if there is anything much new, AIDEA have in recent times taken on O & G leases in the NPRA and the failed Mustang Oil Operations.
