I don’t really know where your Jeyes Fluid, Putin, Ted Bundy analogies intend to get the BB, particularly bearing in mind the standards and values that you purport you come here with, and that you purport are so devoid here on this board. You’re clearly an intelligent chap, and surely intelligent enough to realise when to let things lie and choose to either stay here and bring some quality informative chat to the table, or go and find what you are looking for elsewhere.

Scot put SeaHawk right on a couple of technical issues, and Tbf, I thought he kept it factual and without judgement. He is a serious poster on here and in fact, it’s his ability to keep the facts technically on-point that over the years has kept this BB grounded from wavering into conjecture, confusion, fantasy and plain old bs... Frankly I am glad for that. It’s kept this BB real. (Viz à vis, 88e BB, for example).

Let me put a proposition to you: what if we could all bring our unique gifts to this BB, without judgement, to work as a team, in keeping the information flow healthy and informative only?

I’m a LTH averaging in at 388p atm, alwayswinning and a realist. Not trying to scare anyone, but just get a sense of what is real in this situation. Fact: 67% of shares are in the hands of three holders. Fact: SP is down <70% in the last two weeks. If you were at least one of those three Shareholders in that situation, what would you be evaluating in this situation? I’m interested.

Monty888 I think you’re right to feel worried about that prospect. If I were Abramovich and the other two Russian majority holders Looking at this situation, taking EVR back into private hands is exactly what I would be looking to do, too. Those shareholders left in will be losers for sure. But when the dust settles and all is said and done, the biggest losers in all of this will be the LSE and the City of London. It’s massive discriminate and sustained shorting of EVR shares over the last two weeks that has taken this Company’s SP down to the brink. One very big, very carefully orchestrated tree-shake. And at the heart of this, what it actually comes down to the issue of Trust. Because it will leave BOD’s of other world class multinationals listed on the LSE asking the question: “is the LSE a place where we really want to do business, if this is the sort of treatment we can expect our shareholders to receive, based purely on where some of its business interests may be positioned geographically?”

ARM and BHP have recently made the overwhelming decision to leave the LSE because clearly they lost the trust of the City of London as the right place to do business. I expect this sorry mess to be a further catalyst for a further exodus in the future. It has shone the light and shown London up to be like an over-privileged bunch of schoolyard bullies, too numb and too arrogant to know when the kicking needs to stop.

Hardly a punt on another company that was in perfectly good shape until the World Economic Forum kicked all of this off by dragging Russia into a conflict it never wanted. I dare say that these thugs at Blackrock are wading-in heavy on EVR also.

I don’t really know what is going on here but perhaps you could take your spat offline and spare us of it. I appreciated Sefton’s take on the State of Union Address this morning. I appreciate Scot’s technical input and insights. From what I can see you both have common interests in seeing PANR thrive, and both have different gifts to bring to the table in informing those of us less fortunate to have the time, knowledge or insights that you two fellas have on what certain things mean in PANR’s evolution.

Please can I ask you to look for the good in each and every one of us on here, and bring some respect, peace and love to the BB alongside your invaluable knowledge and insights. Thank you.

Phermic... can I kindly suggest that you take the time to do some research into this company? Its report and accounts for the last few years would be a good start to understand where the majority of its markets are.

It’s more complicated than that a matter of demographics and history. A bit like Northern Ireland and Israel/Palestine, littlened. Loads of history. There are sections of eastern Ukraine that was actually Russian, that are still Russian-speaking, and that at the last election voted something like
90% for a pro-Moscow leadership. It’s those people that Putin is saying he wants to protect. They don’t want to be a part of Ukraine and never did. It’s been going on for years, but conveniently, the thing has blown up again, because Putin is not playing ball on a much bigger issue, which is economic sovereignty, and the World Economic Forum is using Ukraine as leverage to get him to tow the line on a single global currency, which Russia does not want.
