Basically been deceived again. Read below from the JV RNS.. By 14th June (today) they were supposed to have prepared the initial design work program and budget for the construction phase. Sounds like they are behind schedule with that lot. Now looking likely to be July for trading resumption...All this talk from Leon about the 14th and he lets us down. "As a result of delays caused by the temporary termination of BMR's Kabwe mining licence, announced on 7 February 2018 and which was re-instated as announced on 5 April 2018, Jubilee will prepare the initial design, work programme and budget for the construction phase of the Kabwe project by 14 June 2018 at which point it will make a decision whether to proceed with the plant development. In the intervening period Jubilee, as operator, will also hold discussions with the Zambian authorities regarding the proposed timing of construction and commissioning of the plant in light of the conditions attached to the mining licence at the time of it being reinstated. Subject to Jubilee notifying BMR of a positive decision, BMR will announce the expected timing and total cost of construction of the plant by 14 June 2018."

Another delay, surprise, surprise. I thought JLP were supposed to have all of the below done and ready to present to the ZG by the 20th? What's taking them so long?? "Accordingly, Jubilee will not be in a position to (i) finalise its initial design, work programme and budget for the construction phase of the Kabwe plant and (ii) make its decision whether to proceed with the plant development until these discussions conclude."

Discussions delayed... "Further to its announcement on 2 May 2018, BMR announces that it was informed yesterday by Jubilee Metals Group PLC ("Jubilee") that discussions between Jubilee, in its capacity as operator of the proposed Kabwe plant, and the Zambian authorities are not expected to conclude until later this month. Accordingly, Jubilee will not be in a position to (i) finalise its initial design, work programme and budget for the construction phase of the Kabwe plant and (ii) make its decision whether to proceed with the plant development until these discussions conclude. BMR anticipates updating shareholders on both matters by the end of June."

Ah yes, forgot all about their shorts. I just hope we don't go bust as a result.

Probably best not to argue with pad, I mean Yazz. He's very argumentive and is good at trying to twist things to make him appear to be right. In a nut shell he's a troll and a windup merchant. Steer clear.

Not saying we will get a spike but I do expect us to move up once trading recommences. Not expecting it to move up super fast, especially with it being summer, the markets are relatively quiet. I won't complain if it does spike but a slow steady rise up is also fine.

When it comes to valuing BMR you are focusing too much on the negatives. If the planned subscription goes ahead and we're told production to commence this year, do you really think the SP will stand still or move further backwards? Sometimes the promise of value is much stronger than what a company is currently worth. That's why you get some ridiculous rises on companies that haven't got much of an asset value, but the news attracts enough buyers to push the SP up, knowing they could be onto a winner. As for risks, there are risks attached to every investment. Also, considering BMR is way undervalued compared with JLP, I think you'll find all the action will be with BMR.

I can't find that post you mentioned from stuee on II. There is no longer a chat board for BMR, I'm wondering if it's because we are suspended? Doesn't look like stuee has posted anything since the update, I searched his user name and nothing came up that was recent. He should try joining here, just stick a bogus Email address in, that's what Pad keeps doing lol.

Not sure of the reasons why but there's are few out there that would love BMR to fail. That's why they turn up with all their bizarre theories on why BMR will go bust or we will be bought out cheap etc. We've pretty much heard it all now. Each bit of news that comes out gets twisted and somehow it's all BMR's fault and it's a brand new reason behind our impending doom lol. Well not long to find out now. The next update could be just a week away. Let's see how they twist the next lot of news...

Some very large sells today over at JLP. 3 x 4mil and 1 x 5mil. Just over 17m sold all at 2.5p - very strange. It must be a pre-agreed sale/transfer as it's not liquid enough to be able to sell that amount on the open market. Where are all these shares being moved to?

Anyone been on the III website recently? It's now called II and the share chat on there is awful. I can't even find the BMR chat thread anymore. Poor stuee and all his posts have been lost, a bit like how MA lost his mind lol.

At least that church will now get a new roof this summer, ready for winter...
