�416k gives us circa $556k. That pays the $500k plus we have one instalment of $50k, after that we will need to pay another 5 monthly instalments of $50k which will make a total of $800k.

Glad I have a bowl of popcorn in front of me. This entertaining. Nice to see us get a decent price, slightly better than expected but that could have been down to JLP's RNS on Thursday which pushed the SP up a little more. We also still hold 46,503,697 JLP shares. Decent result given the circumstances.

I'm not defending BMR for everything. But I have money invested in here so I'm going to defend it as an investment. I could ask you the same, why post on here for all these months when you're neither invested in BMR nor JLP?

sidebar, I disagree, JLP can't go so deep into BMR without getting their "hands dirty". The ZG taking BMR's licence was just a way of extorting money out of us, and JLP have played their part in it. Take from that what you want, but I know you won't agree as you're too busy sticking up for JLP and putting BMR down.

Nothing aimed at you, sidebar. Just stating that JLP know BS despite not printing it in their RNS's, as you said you were unsure as to why. Snaffleman, I found it strange that JLP announced that they were going to go ahead with the JV, despite it not being signed at the time, and the very next day an RNS came out saying the licence had been revoked. Bad timing or just a coincidence? I'll let you make your own mind up...

JLP might not mention the name "Blue Square" but I can assure you they know exactly who they are and what they do. They just don't want to sound like they are party to it. Would JLP allow BMR to sell the shares to pay BS without first knowing who BS were? It's possible that JLP were aware of BS even before BMR knew about them.

The timing of RNS's between BMR & JLP is not great when it comes to synchronising.

Expect an RNS from BMR to state how many were sold and at what price. I already know roughly how much they were sold for but don't get excited lol. All I'm bothered about is paying BS so we can move on...Not long for the all important updates now.

You should know shareholders are the last to know anything.

The SP sale figure will come out. All you need to know is the creditors have been fully paid. "The proceeds realised by the placement of these shares fully settles the approved BMR historical creditors."
