Is everyone happy to use the existing BMR watch action group?

I'm happy to set one up myself. We could do with a small committee to communicate and perhaps meet with Alex. I don't mind if somebody wants to take the lead but I'd like to be involved.

Yes he did, and he said he expected to conclude matters before then. What a disgrace. He's allowed us to be shafted again. This time we're in the worse possible spot because as of Tuesday we are delisting. Forget the FCA. We need to take real action against management. Colin needs to go for starters, he's a major conflict of interest.

Looks like it will be a 50/50 JV, with JLP now fully funding the project. We'll probably be selling JLP shares for working capital. Is still don't like the fact that we are delisting from AIM. Time to take action I think, I'll be in touch...

Not sure how that would work if we're going to delist next Tuesday. How will it work in terms of number of shares in issue? Will it remain the same as is now? I wonder if Leon knows what Alex had planned or it is it going to be a shock for him too. I feel for JLP holders as this could impact their SP negatively for sometime to come. Some major clarification needed at 7am tomorrow.

3card, that's what I was thinking - if the deadline for the Nomad was today and we failed to make that deadline, would we not be struck off AIM commencing start of trading tomorrow? Why does it still mention the 7th?

It's quite possible that we do have until the 7th to sort the situation. It's hard to say without knowing the rules and maybe these dates can be negotiated. It's all a little ambiguous to say the least. I'm expecting an RNS tomorrow to clear things up either way.

No lol. Is this just an automatic warning that is issued like others have suggested? Here is a snippet of some of the last correspondence I had with AB....

"what's the deadline date is for signing the new NOMAD? It just states within one month in our last RNS."

"The nomad deadline is 7 August but we expect to complete matters before then"

Called the number on the RNS, spoke to some guy, he gave me another number to the RNS 24 hour team. Spoke to a lady but she said she wasn't permitted to discuss the RNS. Strange. Guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow.

He said we can still release news as we are still subject to AIM rules, at least whilst we are listed anyway. Anyone tried calling the number in the RNS for further information?

I'll try and set up a call for tomorrow. See what's going off. I suspect we will see an RNS tomorrow anyway but like you say, it'll be interesting to talk to him given the current situation.

Charttopper, that's what I suggest we do. Set up a new group or use the existing one.

Not good at all. I suppose he'll be revealing his plan tomorrow. That's probably what he was referring to when he said 3rd August. Let's see what it is and then I'll be taking the necessary action. There's no reason why we shouldn't have resumed trading. The whole thing stinks.

Well just because today is supposedly the day, doesn't mean that the paperwork hasn't been signed and Alex is sat there drafting his RNS as we speak...

I saw your post about your conversation with AB, it's interesting that he told you the Nomad deadline was before the 7th.... I have an Email that appears contradict that.

I see you lot are still overly optimistic...

Apologies, in my excitement I put "relist" instead of "resume trading". I fully understand the difference between the two.

I'm delighted to announce.... I'm back!

I know I said I'd return when news arrives on 3rd August (maybe), but I thought I'd stick my head in and have my two pennies worth before the RNS drops...

I see there is still a lot of wild speculation going off. I don't buy into the whole buy out or merger theories. There must be a more simple explanation as to what's going off.

We all know AB likes to leave things till the last minute. He's also one for getting things done, not necessarily always in favour of shareholders, but he gets things done.

We were told our original Nomad had resigned and that we were in advanced negotiations with another. We don't know the whole reason behind WHI walking but we do have another Nomad lined up. As far as I know they visited Kabwe last week. Apparently any potential new Nomad has to visit the site of the AIM companies main base of operations to check all is legit.

So simple explanation, the Nomad has been carrying out their DD, why it's took this long is anyone's guess, but if they have visited our operations in Zambia they must be fairly keen to sign up with us.

The second part is funding. Somebody on here recently asked 'if BMR are to relist what price will it be at?' Well that's the question, surely we need to prove to the new Nomad we have sufficient funds for the foreseeable. So perhaps a small placing to tide us over for a few months is on the cards. Once JLP make their decision the 3 investors would then inject up to £2.6m between them... Well that's what the plan was anyway.

Cheers Teddy, it all sounds very compelling. Hopefully things will start to get interesting towards year end. 2019 might end up being a cracking year. If I remember rightly it's David's vision to sell the company in 2020?
