Mike is playing a game of 'imaginary litigation and court rooms'. He's pretending that a team of Lawyers are coming to drag me to court as a star witness in the 'People vs Borrelli' case. I'm 'pretending' that I have a team of Lawyers to back me up.

I'd like to continue to play but I have real world problems to deal with...

Hi Wassatt, I would recommend for you and others to explore the site a little. Get familiar with the layout and read some of the past and present information.

Lewis last topped up late 2017 - he holds judt above 3% - around 7.2m shares at the time.

Could you let us know the best way to prove our holdings please? Will it be a screenshot of accounts, scanned copies of paperwork, or both?

I believe SOLO managed to get around 13.5% of shareholders onto their action group. As KlueLoss points out, PI's are the majority holders here, we can make a big difference if everyone pools together.

Maybe it's AB's plan to give 100% of Kabwe away so he can concentrate on Ester lol. Probably move to Portugal so he can enjoy the sun whilst he makes zero progress.

BMR has become the laughing stock of AIM. All thanks to management not even being able to raise sufficient capital to get the project off the ground. Even though we gave a 40% profit share to JLP to get the project going, we are now having to give more just so we can keep it moving forward.

Do you want to see your investment dwindle to nothing? Or would you rather stand up and try to keep a hold of what we have left? We can propose special resolutions to the board, but JLP could potentially block some of these with them being a 29% shareholder. That's why it's important to have as much shareholder support as possible. 10-15% and we could really make a difference.

Have BMR Watch Admin considered contacting Lexinta AG/Amazon Hill? They appear to be a 5% shareholder in BMR. I wonder what their stance would be in this situation?

Well done to everyone that joined. I'm sure it would be appreciated if we could continue to build on top of that but it looks like we have surpassed our 5% target to enable us to call an EGM etc.

It all adds up, AdJsahare. We just need everyone else to think along the same lines. Why anyone would want to be stubborn enough to not even sign up to BMR Watch is beyond me.

Edzi, nobody has lost any money here at present. We are still a going concern as a company. I doubt very much JLP would want us to go bust as they hold 29% of BMR, that would mean JLP lose a part of their assets which wouldn't look so good for them.

At this point in time nobody is looking to take legal action, we just want answers and some resolutions, and that's easily achievable via a share holder action group, which is well underway to being set up.
