We can’t get away from the fact that BOD salaries have to be paid. What matters most is that our overheads have been reduced now that we are effectively out of Zambia.

The next important thing is to build a successful business from here. Let’s face it, we’re back to square one and must start again (again). Our biggest saviour will be the Royalty from Kabwe. What happens in the meantime is anyone’s guess.

We still own 15% of Star-Zinc for now but I suppose it’s a little pointless saying ‘look how good GLR’s drill results are, but we’re still selling our stake at a reduced price’.

It’s funny how we have agreed to dispose of the 15% right before GLR enter into negotiations with JLP for the off-take agreement...

The spread is at a much more sensible level now. Should get the volume going again. There's a possibility that we might drift down to the 52 week low of 0.38, hopefully it will hold this level and start to move up once more news rolls in.

It's no secret that a legal case was ongoing. Former management were guilty of fraud and I believe they were initially forced to pay back £1m in a cash. I was told a few months back that the litigation case was close to being resolved. By the sounds of it there is also another case currently open.

As for an acquisition and re-listing, I guess we'll have to wait and see what it all entails.

It’s a great shame that many who used to post here have vanished, likely given up and moved on. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I am one of the few that still believes we have something left to salvage. However, the only way to ensure we benefit from what we have left is by taking action.

This is why we have resurrected BMR Watch, and we have a small team of people working hard in the background. We are concentrating on certain areas that could potentially benefit shareholders, should we be successful in exploiting these areas.

We still need numbers and we need your help. The larger the alliance becomes, the stronger we are. If you haven’t yet signed up, then please do so. I have made notes of some positives and negatives from the RNS, just for balance. Feel free to add any points of your own!

Positive points:

Market Cap is £6.25m – profit of £0.49m EBITDA. Operating loss of £1.56m (after exceptional items). Total Assets of £16.59m, cash of £3.55m (2017: £2.97m).

Revenue slightly up £21.68m (2017: £19.76m).

London TV business restructure.

Significant commission wins over the last few months. Order book at £14.5m which is 85% higher than this stage in the previous financial year.

ICM deal should begin to bear fruit in the current financial year.

Digital and publishing still profitable.

Tern preformed ahead of expectations.

Negative points:

Traditional UK domestic TV market is challenging. Weak advertising markets.

Reef failed to recommission several of their long running series.

Reef revenues down by £3.14m.

Impairment of £1.19m in the carrying of goodwill in the TV division.

Hmm, not too bad but not great. Looks like most of the loss is down to the payment to Tern, which means Tern is preforming well.

Positives are; Restructure of businesses in London, this should eventually lead to cost reduction and increase chances of winning international commissions. We have the US agent deal which should eventually lead to some large wins. We are still expanding and looking for acquisitions. The Order book is 80% higher than this time last year.

Should the order book continue at this momentum, I reckon the interims in March will paint a much better picture.

A disappointing drop yesterday and the volume has been dead today. Results out tomorrow? Let's hope they are good!

It held well today. I think some are apprehensive about the results so there are not many buyers. If results are good or better than expected, I suspect this will start to move north of 1p between now and Xmas. Any other big commission wins should hopefully keep sending the SP up.

Great news, hoping the results will deliver the goods and send us back above 1p. We shall see...

Hopefully this is about to turn... We just need some good news results wise. These are out next Thurs/Fri. Also some news on US commissions would be most welcome, particularly if Netflix, Amazon, and the likes have bought any of our content...

I don't think we could have prevented the deal. There's no point calling an EGM unless you have a solid plan in place. At the moment we are going down several avenues. We should soon have more of a clearer picture as to what we want to achieve, and how best to do it.

As I say, if you'd like to get involved then join up. That goes for anyone else that is yet to join or prove your shareholding.

We have enough to call an EGM, Borrelli certainly knows it. Personally I'd like to see us exceed 30% and we are working on ways of achieving that, unfortunately it's not been as straight forward as we'd hoped. If we wanted to vote to make a major change for example, JLP could potentially block or out-vote us, depending on the resolution.

We have a few things going on at the moment but I don't want to broadcast it here. Why don't you join and see for yourself? You have nothing to lose...

I can't be 100% sure that we don't end up going to the wall, but I see it as highly doubtful. You can't liquidate a company if it has more cash than debt. I'm not aware of any debts, apart from the $50k we are supposed to be paying Blue Square per month. We also have a million quids worth of JLP shares to sell, and should this latest GLR deal go through (I hope it doesn't), it will provide us with £100k, plus 15m GLR shares. Other windfalls include our money back from ACI (not in a hurry) and litigation money, which could happen quickly if we accepted the current offer of £200k.

Our overheads are minimal at the moment so I fail to see how the company would collapse, unless somebody knows something we don't?

Wibleywobley, the company is a going concern, so the answer is no, you can't bank this as a loss. Not unless you privately sold your BMR shares at a loss.
