Although there had been various placings, it was a well know fact that BMR was relying on the ACI money for the plant build. The ACI deal was announced before the build had even started. Did you just expect the company to run on fresh air and use all the working capital for the plant build? Even the warrants at 7p didn't raise much money. So I'll say it again, you are incorrect to say we had money to complete the build.

Not to stick up for the directors at BMR but we were making progress on the plant, but we didn't have the money to complete it. Remember we were supposed to receive a few million from ACI and we didn't. So you are incorrect to say the funds were there.

Whether it's all been intentional in order to give away the asset, I don't know, and I doubt anyone will ever know. The main suspicion for me leads back to when the licence was revoked. Even the BOD at BMR have their suspicions of foul play, and I can tell you for a fact that we only just got the licence back by the skin of Borrelli's teeth!

I posted a few months back about the litigation money. AB had mentioned to me that they had offered around £200k but was confident we could get more, and it was imminent. So yes, the settlement is in the region of £300k+, and if you want to know the actual figure, it will be published in the next set of financial results in December. And before you say "I don't believe you even spoke to Borrelli", bear in mind that you recently said Borrelli doesn't respect BMR Watch, and we wouldn't be able to get a meeting with him. Well we did get a meeting, and he's happy to have further meetings in future so your judgement was way off the mark.

Talking of forgetting what you have said in the past, you said you were in South America until mid-November. So your post from this morning would have been at 04:30am local time, that's a bit early to be up and posting isn't it?

Vig, I haven't got a clue as we don't know what level of dilution will come about with the acquisition, and what type of business that will be. However, I would imagine that our MC will be much higher once we get the full benefit of the Royalties.

That might be JLP's problem, they now have the Kabwe project and must take on all of the financial risk. I've taken a look at their balance sheet and they don't appear to be making any money at present from their platinum operations. That's your reason for the fall in JLP SP.

By the time BMR acquires a business and re-lists, we should know how much the 12.5% Royalty is worth to us, and that should give us a lot more value. I don't know what the SP will be upon re-listing but I can tell you it won't be that low.

The Copper lies were under MA. So you're tarring all BMR and JLP directors with the same brush? You're saying they are all crooks?

Good posts shenners, I agree. Hopefully we can sign a deal with Netflix and Amazon within the next 6 months, or is that being greedy?

3card, I guess it's the uncertainty surrounding Kabwe that has caused the supressed SP in JLP. They haven't really got a lot going on at the moment so Kabwe is an important project to them, and us.

I think you're missing the point about re-listing. The plan is to acquire a business then re-list, I'm pretty certain we won't be re-floating at anywhere near 0.05p, but if you want to sell your shares at that price, more fool you.

Hi Vig, he didn't say much other than they plan to take the Vanadium out at the very beginning of the process, when they extract the Zinc. I can't say much more. I was just making the point that it must exist if JLP have also confirmed it.

Not only has the Vanadium been published by BMR, it's also been mentioned frequently by JLP. They have confirmed that it can be extracted. I'm also privy to what Colin Bird had to say about their plans for the Vanadium. So if you're doubting its existence, you're doubting a lot of people...

I suppose the guy with the lower average stands more of a chance of getting his money back. Time will tell.

8p would be great considering BMR are set to get 15m shares in GLR. Does anyone trust Birdie to pull it off though?

It's possible that Borrelli will take shares in lieu of payment. When I spoke to him a few months back he said he had not taken his salary for a while. Now that we have some cash in the bank he will probably take it though.
