in the drop yesterday before the RNS today. After reading the shares were issued at a price of 0.475 I was expecting it to jump up a little. At least most of the earn-out was paid in cash, and Herald was happy to convert some preference shares at the same time. Anyone know how many preference shares they have left to convert? Or was that just a one off?

Still think this is cheap and hopefully will start to move up closer to Xmas. It's a hold for me until interim results in March. If they haven't increased profits by then, something must be wrong.

I would only sell some ZIN at 0.70 if I buy more below 0.50. My average is 0.85. I'm expecting them to significantly increase revenues and profits, especially off the back of the US deal they recently signed. They were just awarded $6m worth of revenue from some US commission wins, and they were from regular customers. Imagine how much we can gain from other US customers, especially the likes of Netflix and Amazon who have huge budgets (Billions $$).

Could be worth holding until at least early next year...

Yes mate, it has... I still think it stands a chance. Just need to re-list with a decent business and survive until the Royalties roll in. Who know's when that will be but all we can do is wait for now.

In the meantime I have ZIN and will soon have some WRES to make me rich in the short term lol.

Ha, yeah, I'm trying to avoid African resource companies. Not sure what will happen with BMR's Portugal project, it doesn't sound very promising. As for BMR itself, well we're about to get out of Africa asset wise, apart from the future Royalty payment from JLP/Kabwe, and hopefully buy into a company that doesn't operate in Africa!

safetyman, thanks very much for your response... I did think it was very unlikely that anymore placings would need be done, I just thought I'd throw in an awkward question as I like to haha. Sounds to me that they are fully cashed up until they start selling the goods.

Hey Troa, I’ve kept WRES on my watch list since you mentioned it to me some months back… Been doing a little in-depth research and it sounds a very compelling investment case!

I wonder if you or anyone else here could answer some of these questions for me please?

How does WRES intend to spend the EUR5.3m grant money, should they receive it from the Junta Extremadura Government?

Can they utilise part of the $35m loan from Black Rock on any of the other projects, e.g. Regua and Tarouca, or is it purely to fund La Parrilla?

I noticed they have released drill results for 7 of the 15 holes for Sao Marthino. When are the full drill results for the gold grades due to be released?

Are they likely to do another placing within the next 6 months to raise capital to tide them over until La Parrilla is generating revenues? I know they had circa £15m in the bank as of June 18, but is this money only for project spending or can it be utilised for working capital?

Expect a few more like that before the end of the year, and hopefully some new US customers, we have worked with Nat Geo and HBO in the past. I think the best is yet to come, it's only a matter of time!

Well said, Danlaur. Some of us are spending our spare time, and spending our own money to run BMR Watch. We are doing it for the benefit of all shareholders, yet certain individuals choose to attack us for it. I guess you'll always get those that don't appreciate what you do for them.

I agree, I also think the most likely outcome will be an RTO to get us back to market. Negative comments certainly won't help when we re-list, and there are plenty of negative posters on this board, no need to name them.

Ockerhillian, here's where we stand: The company is carrying out due diligence for an acquisition. If we are successful in doing this, we will re-list back onto the stock market. There's a possibility that we might do an RTO or 'reverse takeover' which would make it easier to gain a public listing.

Other than that we await JLP to complete works at Kabwe and commence production so we can start to see some income from the Royalty. The only other deal that is pending is the proposed disposal of our 15% in the Star-Zinc licence, this will give us £100k in cash and 15m shares in GLR.

This is coming from Vaper, the guy with a 50p average and a small investment that was just punt money. Why is he still here then?

Anyone with a brain knows there is still value attached to BMR shares, otherwise the company wouldn't be a going concern.
