Well it doesn't look like we will be going back on AIM, so I'll take another exchange any day.

I have recorded calls and Emails, but that doesn't prove anything to the doubters lol. Stuff em!

allianze, thanks for sharing your Emails. I think I'm through with sharing information now. I'm sick of certain individuals disparaging and casting their doubts on my conversations.

Cheers Richi, I'd be super angry if I found out my BMR shares were removed from my ISA. As always I'm optimistic that we can relist (I got it right this time) on another exchange, perhaps NEX, and actually make a return on my investment.

Going to draft an Email to BMR Watch and register with the site, count me in!

Just to let you all know I had a response from Alex so he's not done a runner lol. I can't discuss the contents as JLP is a listed company and the conversations are confidential (I think I've been rumbled lol).

I guess if you want information now it's going to have to come directly from AB via shareholder contact or news release through the BMR website. Alternatively here's my Email below and for a small fee each month... I'm just kidding! I was going to say register with BMR Watch so we can get the answers we all deserve and make a change!

Nice 1mil buy bumped the price back to break-even. I might have another little top up this month if it dips again.

So, Borrelli proves himself to be at best totally incompetent, at worst a conniving, calculating low life. What are we to do? Well, I know what we should have done, had all you shareholders listened 4 years ago.........

But we are where we are. Can anything be salvaged? I don't know.

Allianze, if PI's sold shares wouldn't other PI's just buy them? The only way to reduce private shareholders would be for Directors or institutions to buy them up.

Barno, if he's been lying we could easily find out, especially if we are successful with BMR Watch. I would also suggest that he could now divulge as much insider information as he wants, seeing as we are not bound by AIM rules anymore.

Sounds like JLP would prefer us to be trading. Maybe we could list on the NEX like some have already suggested.

It's all still on the negotiation table at the moment, so if we act quickly we might be able to intervene. Although it seems like the whole thing was planned in advance to me, almost like Leon knew he could back us into a corner to take a bigger slice of Kabwe.

Bird to fly the nest should be one of the top proposals of the action group. It stinks that he's on the board. The whole thing stinks!

I'd like to know how we went from JLP providing £2m for the build, to us having to give up more of a percentage share so they will fund the lot. Surely that should have only happened as a last resort, it's another thing we should try to block. I'd rather shareholders have a collection to raise enough funds to cover the cost of the build. It's funny how they haven't even revealed the cost yet. I wonder what the 3 investors think of this situation, feel free to get in touch with us and join the group...

allianze, fully agree. It's time to take action. I've already done some research on shareholder groups. I know of a company that will also give free advice if needed.

No, we haven't lost anything. The company will just be private as opposed to being listed. All assets are still owned by BMR.

I read that shareholder rights are pretty much the same regardless of the company being public or private.

I've sent an Email to Alex and left a voicemail. I'll let you know if I get a response.
