What does a sale of 500 shares for a couple of quid mean in mm speak ???

Guess the BOD are trying to put in place some ways of making sure the payments dont dry up like previously under exchange controls. What we need is for the two turbines to be sold off. Anybody heard from Peter ?

There is an update on the administration posted on 19th April at companies house - they anticipate there will be a move to a creditors voluntary liquidation prior to the expiry of the extended admin period.
If Bluestone or unicorn acquire RUR shares - surely they will have to make an offer for the whole company ?

Today’s announcement by WH Ireland IMO really sums up the complete pointlessness of the NOMAD purpose as part of AIM governance. Clearly, (again imo), the performance of WHI and some of its supposed high (sic) quality directors in recent times has to be questionable at best.

No announcement about whether the work has started or not !

The Rurelec BOD issued an. RNS concerning.the offer period which has now ended ( 17:00 on 8th nov ) The other announcements have been from PE and IEH Surely we now need an RNS from our BOD to say what is going on ?

Indeed , Gfd , one gets the feeling the whole IEH withdrawal and now the collapse of the PE consortium offer is all a cynical ploy to get a ridiculously low offer price accepted ! The RNS itself was put out by PE . We have yet to hear from our BOD . Is there another interested party ?

Interesting to see a filing yesterday by the administrators for an extension of the administration. And the document cannot be viewed until the 8th ! I suppose it must contain a justification for the extension ? Hopefully it means there is a good chance of a deal. In order to satisfy the verified claims of 16 million they will need 5 p per share. Monday should be an interesting day !

If the members of this consortium are in any way tied up with the other 50% partner in EDS I really cannot see how in any conscience they cannot pay the true value for Rurelecs half . They will then be free of any hold Rurelec currently has over the asset and able to really capitalise on its potential. I also wonder if Rurelecs turbine assets could be used to expand the operation in Argentina ? I really hope that Sterling�s administrators are driving a hard bargain because this is worth a pretty penny to the right buyer !

OFFEREE. Is Rurelec PLC There must be disclosures of shareholding�s of more than 1% in Rurelec. OFFEROR is the consortium and there is no requirement for disclosures in the OFFEROR So ...if the Co. Sec . and Directors have done their jobs it would seem PE is now below the 1% threshold in RUR The extract also says the OFFEROR has been identified from 11Oct 2017 and I have taken issue with that statement as there seems to be scant information as to who exactly is involved other than PE

Read again previous post and must apologise if it came over as a personal slight on Peter Earl. I have not met him and I am sure he will be acting for his backers best interests , but that may clash with long term holders here. There seems massive potential value in RUR which privileged parties involved will no doubt see imho

Cannot understand why now ..at justoffer going public anyone would bother to sell 12,000 shares for a pittance ! In my view its clear manipulation to bring down the closing price. I was intrigued to see the post from Mrpeeps - new timer to rur - PRAISE PE AND say he�s on ok guy ? This is the man who walked off with IPC for 1p without any hesitation and he clearly knew it was worth a lot more ! If the offer ( as i fear it may well be ) is in the region of 2.875p then he is a ****etbagger and a thief. If he is an honourable man and lives up to Mrpeeps expectations the offer needs to be at least the derisory NAV of 5p in the accounts. His backers will no doubt want a bargain and even at this level PE knows its a steal. Time will tell. !! Comments ??? Best regards Gordon Fisher
