The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Well going by GBP, (circa 100/50% rise today) only on rumours on O&G Majors moving in, can only mean good news for TRP. Perhaps that's why we have seen a few 8M buys recently... Although we still have some 'rainbow chasers' selling when a transformational (life changing - for some) SP is on the horizon.
I believe we will have more 'information/RNS' coming from TRP (which I believe is imminent - days) with regards to Namibia - let alone our 'little well' in the Cameroon. ;)

O&G super majors (Shell & Total) finally moving in on the Namibian basin.??

I was in Aberdeen A&E (bike accident - when the first survivors were admitted - in the same ward!) don't know how to express... (working in the industry for 30+years) I still always check out the fastest way to vacate an installation/vessel - sadly now - weather it be the 'company designated' (Muster station/safe haven) or somewhere else...I'd always strongly consider the 'else' option... God bless RIP (cuz and friends)...
Your bro....??
4M buy. Someone is confident or in the know.
With Brent Crude above $40 for the last 3 weeks touching $43 today, I wouldn't be surprised if the 'other potential farm-in partners to the Thali PSC' are finding this prospect more attractive even further enhanced as each day passes.
I guess we might well find out at Monday's AGM.
All in my opinion of course.
But remember this... During these uncertain times the Cameroon and Namibia prospects remain the same.
NJOM-3 is probably the easiest well in the world to drill, tie-back infrastructure easily accessible and already in place, Rig survey done, Drilling equipment in country ready to go and with POO consistently above $40 'commercially viable' (in the pay zone!). DYOR

MM's desperately want your shares....
At one point SP 26% down and spread @ 25%.
Albeit there seems to be 1,243m shares in issue, however there is not alot of 'free float' shares in circulation.
Don't be surprised if the SP drops further prior to Tuesdays RNS.
Major holders Breakdown:
32.36% of shares held by all insiders.
13.61% of shares held by institutions.
20.12% of float held by institutions...... they want a return on their investments.
Therefore only circa 35% in 'Free Float'.
IMO MM's are accumulating as much as the can prior to 30th June.
Whether it's positive or another delay (due to the COVID Pandemic) is neither here nor there, the POO is increasing and the opportunities for TRP remain the same...even further enhanced.
All in my opinion of course.

Exactly "what signs are not good"...? Nothing has been mentioned to the contrary and time has not run out. The Cameroon and Namibia prospects remain the same.

crazy talk (@crazytalk19) Tweeted: #MNRG springing into life bullish candle set up now
O & G acquisitions on the horizon + Gold ridge project lift off work has re -now commenced ! in Arizona news coming very soon ! #MNRG https://twitter.com/crazytalk19/status/1275038575902576640?s=20
Sorry please ignore my previous post.
To be honest, unless MNRG start making money they will always be regarded as a 'Shell' company... it's ok to sit in your 'garage/greenhouse' and dream about what 'could be'...but the reality is MNRG need to be seen to generate 'cash flow'....ok maybe I've been sitting in my greenhouse with the parifin burner on (with little ventilation) and a little too much JD....for a Friday night..lol..so apologies again..,.

Agreed Chanifc, it wouldn't surprise me if Rolf hits the market with a 'triple whammy' and send this share soaring.
It's the second time in an interview that he has laughed at the MM's who still value MNRG as a 'cash shell'...lol

If 'Humber Oil & Gas Limited' is the target for MNRG, check out 'UJO' they just bought a further 12% (now holding 40%+) in the 'Wressle Project'... Check out their latest RNS and their MC/shares compared to MNRG... No brainer IMO... :)
