Media is reporting that GKP, among others, may not start production even if the export route is opened. GKP may be preparing legal proceedings (which are never quick). Why haven't they RNS'd about this?

It's huge news and the next update from the company will give us an indication of how they are going to monetise it for shareholders. Blue skies ahead.

Its currently around £80 return for the 2h45m ferry trip from Penzance to St Mary's. The UK is the 2nd most expensive country in Europe for ferry crossings. Domestic ferry services are by far the most expensive for the distance traveled.

If the current UK Gas storage was full it would account for about 1% of the annual usage.

Compare that to the European average of around 25% of annual consumption in storage capacity and you see how desperate the UK are for storage. I think a fast track is likely. What a great asset and perfect timing.

The bid for Levelling Up funding prepared by the Council in collaboration with our project partners, the Steamship Group, Duchy of Cornwall and Tresco Estates, and submitted by the Council to the government in June 2021, included the statement that:

"New vessels cannot be funded by the Steamship Group alone because they have insufficient borrowing capacity, and attempting to prolong the life of the existing vessels would result in significant increases in fares and increasing service unreliability. Passenger and freight revenues would be insufficient to cover loan repayments for new vessels at a level of tariffs which could retain visitor passenger numbers and provide affordable lifeline services to residents of the islands.

Only government investment can maintain a sustainable local economy."

19p has been the sticking point for the last 6 months, we now have the momentum to break through that barrier. The options on IM are very exciting. Ofcourse a quick sale would be great at the right price but this team have the contacts and know how to seek favourable funding and see the project through with significant additions to revenue. The £160m cost could be paid back in 2 years.

The mcap currently only reflects parts of the HARL pipeline with new contracts dropping regularly.

Any idea where we can see the decision when it is first released?

Was it part of the initial Canmax deal that they were entitled to placing shares at the same rate and amount if it was not given to them first?

With HARLs pipeline of projects how can it be worth just £26m?

Crazy. The contractors are being paid in diluting shares which are yet to come. With George’s shares, £4m and now in unexplained £5m there’s so many additional shares floating around I’m not sure how this hasn’t sunk like a stone. A much more canny business are playing these amateurs like the idiots they are proving to be, picking up PREMs wider acreage under the guise of funding a small pilot plant which Canex dangled in front of Prem who couldn’t refuse. They’ve played us well. If Prem had had more patience and business acumen this could have grown into a billion £ company, as it is it’s being taken for peanuts. Well played.

No one answered my question this morning about the outstanding share payments to the contractors. Do we know how much they are likely to be by November? Seems to me this is the important number because it’s the placing of £4m + whatever we need to pay in shares.

The placing shares are now on a 40% profit which is nice.

How much are these share issues to the co tractors expected to be? Do we have any indication?

This company has £400k from a loan and over £1m in other debts (including accruing salaries). No other assets?

Wish I had some money to reinvest once it hits a low price but this wiped me out
