Look at all those round buys. Whoever is loading up certainly knows more than we do. Entry level into multi billion barrels. Drop may well have been orchestrated..

The facts are - yesterday we had director purchases. The day before we had TR1 from a mystery buyer.

Seems that a run back up to 3p level is on the cards. I don’t think the large buyer has a going away, regardless of what gets posted on here!

It was up 40% in 2 hours yesterday. Could easily happen again and much much more on anticipation of this huge asset. Happens all the time with O&G.

If there was an asset then this wouldn't be £15m, that's the point of speculating a these low levels

The only thing that doesn't make sense is how the share price falls on such little volume. With the buys vastly outnumbering sells it should go up and stay up. MMs are playing this until there is too much upwards pressure to keep a lid on it. meanwhile someone (multiple) is/are accumilating at these bargain prices. Access to multi billion barrels, technical study complete, farm out, drilling crew/rig all lined up. Just takes one update regarding the PSC to take this to an easy £100m

While the Company awaits the PSC award Upland also confirms that it is now in discussions/negotiations with five established E&P companies, including Oil & Gas Majors to participate in the Exploration and Production of Block SK334.

Upland has signed two Letters of Intent on potential Joint Venture, Farm-In Agreements, with discussions progressing to Exploration Strategy & Field Development Planning (FDP), with one party, including progression into investment appraisal and campaign planning review.

£150k or 1% purchased within 10mins in nice round large buys. Same pattern yesterday. Another tr1 due I think.

I’d this the first slippage- first production moved from October to ‘by end of year’. In these type of projects it can be expected. My guess is first production by April 2025.
