Ha! Funny how people that have sold out know exactly what is going on. One tweet about the plant working and this will could double in one session.
Stark are gone. It was a costly experiment for shareholders. GR reputation is in the gutter.
Hopefully the new contractors can turn it around for all involved. We have all the ingredients for success - plant, mega ore body and a big supportive partner. The plant will get sorted - its just a matter of whether that happens before shareholders lose patience. A key factor is the Lithium price. The only way is up from here so the economics of the plant and the whole area should improve over time. This is a key inflection point as we all know. Lets start generating some revenue!
The votes have been cast and I'm sure in favour of the fund-raise as there are no other options. The big question is what will happen with the suspension. We may be in the position that the new shares cant be issued until the suspension is lifted, but the suspension cant be lifted until the new shares are issued. I suspect the broker will be waiting until the shares issue is passed at the meeting then will signal the FCA that they are ready to settle the outstanding buys from the forward sells. Its chicken and egg and whether or not this results in a huge share price jump remains to be seen but its certainly a real and exciting prospect.
January, does that take into account debt payments?
"Group adjusted EBITDA of c.US$0.2 million for Q4-2023"
Gold is hedged at the same price, costs have gone up with one mine still not commercial and debt repayments on top of no profit I make that a worse financial situation - unless the debt repayments are pushed back?
GR said parts would be on site Monday. There were.
Everything else remains to be confirmed. Hopefully the new contractors know what they are doing.
If that were true the placing wouldn’t have been at such a massive discount.
It’s a big week for Prem holders.
There are over 300 people working on site. It would be good to know what progress they have made since equipment arrived on Monday to fix all the problems that needed to be fixed to produce SC6. Hopefully George doesn’t do his usual and go quiet on us.
Can anyone explain the conversion price for the bond. It looks as though the amounts have been issued at the prevailing share price but there is a clause that states the initial conversion price can be adjusted fter 18 months (which is this month) but Im not really certain on what that is referring to an what the impact would be on future conversions?
"The Initial Conversion Price will be subject to customary adjustment provisions, and will be subject to one reset on the date falling 18 months after the Issue Date (to a price no lower than the Offer Price (as adjusted pro rata for any subsequent adjustment made to the Initial Conversion Price)). Following any downward reset, the conversion price may reset back upwards to the previous conversion price if the daily VWAP on each of at least 20 trading days in any period of 30 consecutive trading days in the nine month period following the reset date is greater than 130 per cent. of the Initial Conversion Price."
There has been massive buying over the last few days with no rise due to the placing overhang. If the overhang has cleared it wont take much to move this up quickly. Wehit 0.4p in Feb on the expectation that we would be shipping spod, where will it go now when the Spod is actually confirmed as coming out of the plant is anyone's guess. Previous highs over 1p but there are many more shares in issue now. 0.5p seems a reasonable level while Camnex back payments are sorted.
Just do a £2m placing at 2.5p and move on with increasing capacity.
Well I've already cast my votes in favor. On the other side of that is the fact (in my eyes) that the broker has forward sold the shares leading to the suspension. They planned to settle the shares after the placing but the FCA has caught on for once. If the broker didnt move ahead with the placing they would have to buy back the shares from the existing pool which is smaller than the number of placing shares which would send the share price bananas, with 2 buyers for every 1 share. It would be the ultimate squeeze.
Looking back at the video from last Friday

On whether spodumene will be shipped soon he said 'Ask me next Saturday'
So far all has been on track
Mutare draft agreements out at the moment
Nice tick down on the Ask. Been mushing the keyboard trying to get anther buy in. Fully loaded now.
The repayment share issue on Monday May hammer this down another 5% but it should recover into 40s soon enough.
Lol
Current shareholders have to approve the deal.
The discount has already been priced in.
Company still working behind the scenes.
Suspension is nothing to do with the company.
Once this comes out of suspension there will be a huge demand for shares at these prices.
Let’s see a breakout from this range. MMs need ti let if go at some point with all these buys.
They’ve been clear that we have cash to commercialisation. People are making up their own fantasy scenarios to suit their own agenda.
The conversions havent had any impact on the share price in the past. It is a known even and must be baked in. We have our cash runway to commercialisation and no more road blocks to realise the massive value here. I was invested in SAR @11p and got out way too early. Wont make the same mistake here, pharma is going ballistic with huge M&A deals. We are a sitting duck for a US player looking to pick up UK business on the cheap. i wouldnt want a takeover at this stage but an offer would certainly help to stablise the share price.
