So its directors interpretation and a 'prospective' pipeline, i.e. not an actual sales pipeline.

Fingers crossed aye? No mention of actual profit as yet. The pipeline isnt being converted yet, but this will obviously depend upon getting the new capacity up and running asap.

This could turn around but it is almost certainly going to need some cash as has been discussed. With the loan facility available for capx the placing is going to be needed purely for working capital purposes, including paying off the loan. In which case its got to be at a large discount.

Furion, apologies maybe I misinterpreted your post. Many people saying that because there have been issues in the past its not worth investing now.

Yes Stark has a lot to answer for. Questions over GRs lack of a timely response but I guess hindsight is a great thing. The question is how much did he know when he was telling us 'production this month' every month for 6, or was he also misled and was passing on what he was told? Anyway that is for the future, I'm sure shareholders wont let it go with so much on record. Much more confident in Zulu we now have a new team on the ground who know what they are doing. We may even start to realise some of the value in the wider assets.

Furion, what makes you think you re uniquely placed to understand what is happening? Maybe other do understand and you are not a lone messiah? The company has lost tens of millions in value already.

Now its a consideration of where we will be moving forward. Take your chance to be in, or not. You cant really argue strongly either way because it is all so uncertain and there have been more f ups than we can count. However...

Does anyone know why this 'scrap' issue is causing such a profound impact on the profitability of the operation? Would have thought it was a marginal cost consideration only.

I do not see shorts closing until the D4E is announced. These people have a strategy, they dont respond to short term price movements, hence they didn't close out their shorts on the recent spike. Unfortunately it seems to have worked so far.

Less than 1 week until the general meeting to approve the share issue. Clean slate for the company, litigation behind us and plenty of cash in the bank. The suspension is another matter, shenanigans with forward selling of the placing perhaps?

Yes but in the past the mcap wasn’t £13m. Dilution will be much more pronounced this time

The problem with saying D4E is priced is that it’s not. Maybe the possibility has been priced in pushing this down but the massive dilution doesn’t get priced in until it happens. There’s a reason this is the most shorted stock. I guess the latest RNS was just a way if preventing more PIs from buying in at high prices. I lost all my gains here but got out with my shirt intact. I can’t believe there isn’t a better financing option than this. The have huge industry partners as well as long standing relationships in the middle east. It may all come good still and I hope it does, but it’s a huge risk.

The trades have definitely changed from consistent sells Jan - March to now lots of buys and sells, the buys seem to be outweighing sells. Wild theory- the seller is out and someone else is accumulating while trying to keep the price down.

Last SDX drill was 24 days but that was 2000m. This one is under 1500 meters so say 16-19 days? Spud was 3rd so we could have a rig heading our way by the weekend.

The big dissapointment is that this is a world class resource that has been ruined by incompetency. If GR hadnt been so quick to jump into bed with the chinese we could have taken a bit more time, proved it up, done a proper FS and retained a much larger share of the prize. Clearly we were pushed into unreasonable timelines and Camnex has the opportunity to pick up another 10% of the company on the cheap for missed product. The only scenario where this now comes good is if SC6 starts to be shipped soon, the share prices rises significantly and we can place at around 0.5p. Another (non operated) JV would be a great result also.

If the debt is £600m and tge equity £100m what dues that leave for current shareholders. How much if a haircut will they take? Even at 50% this would be painfully dilutive, putting us in single figures. Not liking this D4E talk.
