Just seen that we no longer have the largest acreage on the north slope. Fact is the big boys are moving in eager to develop these new plays.
Oil Search, BP, Exxon Mobile, ConocoPhillips (now largest leesee) are all making moves and committing huge sums of money to the north slope. It’s a great time for us to start cashing in these assets.

We are sat right on a short term resistance at 0.9 which is pretty solid. Without breaking this we are still in the post cash raise range.

After that, 1.1p , 1.2p, 1.5p, 1.8p, very strong resistance at 2.1p

IMO the HRZ FO will be the game changer. Work done to date etc data room will look very tasty. The people involved and the potential is huge. Lots of drills, lots of oil, royalties to 88e for years to come.

The conventional is just some solid 3D hit or miss drills. It’s exciting due to local infrastructure and local successes and size of targets but ultimately will depend on success of drilling over a few years. Hopefully we will also get some cash.

MH they have a new presentation out today. Again not much on Alaska but some good charts on general oil demand supply etc. Interestingly they note that revenue growth being driven by integration and efficiencies in N America (Permian).

Exxon owns part of the pipe and has just brought online local infrastructure. Must be looking for more oil to put through both.

Mind boggles over the lack of interest and low volume over the last few months. Good chance of a few bags here. Assuming that no further cash to be raised worst case scenario its back to the next best bidder and a few more months wait. In that scenario news flow due on HRZ FO and Yukon should keep the SP fairly stable, all-be-it at a lower level (0.6p/0.7p?)

Compare that to best case scenario 88E name in lights with one of the worlds largest companies, plenty of cash, something material on HRZ along with the agreement, institutional investors lining up, this could be huge... risk / reward here all to play for IMO

Could be a mid Tier with cash to prove up then further farm out for development. It makes sense and its waht we were looking to do with WINX,

One question I would like to ask DW is why not now use the new data on HRZ and finally prove up the concept before farming that out? Would put us in a much stronger position. Otherwise someone else will be creaming this curve....

Tomorrow the last trading day of May. A week ago DW expected the FO agreement to be signed in June. That's anytime from and including Monday next week. First trading day of June would be nice,. Nothing much can have changed since then. Not expecting this to go over into July.
