No oil has flowed from our acreage so there will be no commitment to an extensive drilling campaign IMO. Usually this would put us in a weaker position but the strength of the 3d, regional demand and the local 'global' discoveries within these plays means that the terms should be good for us, as set out above IMO

We were told a short time ago that drilling still planned for June. A rig will be coming to HH shortly.

Administrative arrangements for the rig due to be finalised this week. So if a fresh contract is signed say today not unreasonable to think we might get an update as the contract will include dates and time scales which are pretty darn important to us right now

Portland test production is now planned to continue until the second half of June when final site preparations for simultaneous HH-2/2z Portland drilling and HH-1 Kimmeridge production operations will commence. To facilitate both safe drilling and coring of HH-2/2z through the Portland, to provide continued oil sales revenues and further valuable test data prior to drilling HH-1z, preparations will include switching test production to the deeper Kimmeridge oil pool. Further necessary logistic and administrative arrangements for the arrival of the drilling rig and associated services are scheduled to be finalised this week.

What could have conceivably changed since the last cash raising a short time ago. SS didn’t raise £3.5m but want £5m. He hasn’t spent it yet as you know. He had something in mind and raised the cash to cover it.

News tomorrow should provide a nice boost with lots of cash in the bank, funded operations and low but steady income from testing . Only question is, will there be a bit of cream with our jam? CPR upgrade? Acquisition? Switch to Kim with higher production? Keeping rigs on site for more drilling beyond the two wells? I’m excited.
