Hi all….I think Highside has the right idea…we need to get together and give a individual who will be attending the AGM…authority to vote on our behalf. I am very reluctant to give it the Chairman this time around….my personal vote would be Sheds…if he is attending….I hope to talk to him soon ….and maybe we can work something along these lines. If you all do the same we may just carry enough weight….think about it. GLA.

Personal opinion…I like Highside….mine is…we as LTHs are being held to ransom with this BOD…with statements like value events and now major value event….and them refocusing every year….and again now not knowing whether we are sold and looking for another asset or not…the real problem is this BOD and their inability to stay focussed on Toral…..which clearly imo has a very compelling business case to mine.

Definitely joke of the year Highside…keep it up…we need something to smile about these days :-)

Unless of course…the major value event occurs before the AGM and all is revealed …..

Spot on Obone….I wonder how this BOD are going to explain at the AGM….the urgency of this last raise when we had 1,180,768 in the bank as at end of June and we were funded up to end PFS…..interesting.

It’s blatantly obvious now what has transpired,,,,think about it….if we had 1,180,768 in bank at end of June….it obviously was not enough ….so what actually is the 2 mill going to be used for ….Newco ?

So if we were funded for the PFS…..why the frigging hell didn’t they finish it and Then do a fund raise ???? This now stinks of letting mates in on the cheap…..don’t trust this BOD now at all !!!

I mean…here we go again…. Corporately, we continue to progress and are actively involved in a number of initiatives that we believe could ultimately lead to a potential major value event for all Europa Metals' shareholders in due course. Further updates will be made as and when appropriate.

And I urge all shareholders to make a concerted effort to attend the AGM this year. We need answers and clarity….not vague statements that mean nothing at all….seems like the devil is in the detail with EUZ.

Chrisp…I have for many years had a great belief in the asset…and I still have and I have absolutely no doubt it will be mined one day. The problem I now have is actually quite different. LR has now diluted us twice in 2 years at a price which I believe cannot be justified. It smacks of gross mismanagement and the BODs inability to raise non dilutive funding when it’s raining Euros in Spain ….again gross incompetence on their part. In addition I now also suspect they are withholding information from shareholders purposely. I cannot believe the latest sets of Mets are not known to them…it’s been months and no news on them. The annual report….where is it ?
These guys imo are cowboys and unfit to hold office in a public listed company. Their vision in addition is somewhat tainted and very unclear in my opinion…seems like the only hope we have is with a JV or far out or whatever they have no role to play moving forward. My guess is this fund raise is to carry EUZ for the next year and ensure MC,LR etc get paid for the next year… the JV will be newco…and hopefully announced soon. It’s our only hope I’m afraid. But I certainly will not put my faith in this BOD again having been shafted as a PI once again.

What you say makes a hell of a lot of sense my first million…you are using logic to create the binary outcome with which I agree. However, knowing what we have just gone through ….total incompetency by All and sundry….maybe…just maybe they are clowns and don’t know wtf they doing…..@Teaye….I don’t need to or want to talk to him anymore.?..anyways…I’ve made up my mind…I’m going long until some form of deal….then selling up immediately when I’m in the green. Yep…I’m fine thanks for asking grappa…..just trying to work a strategy how I can turn a current loss on paper of R2.1 million ……into a profit….with this current bunch of clowns running the show….don’t know whether to go short….and try buy back on the even cheaper later….or stay long…..frigging difficult to read this at the moment…stressful as well to say the least.

Can’t understand why people are buying even in SA at this price when we should be able to get them at R1.01 on 1st Nov….have I read this correctly ?

Effectively they have just under 30 days to turn this ship around if they want to keep their jobs. I’m going to be lobbying very strongly and will write an email to DB to assist and insist on getting them removed from office. I feel they have lied publicly at this point in time and are not fit for office of a public listed company.

props…I’m with you. I think their integrity is now really open to question. They cannot be trusted at this point. Unfortunately I, like so many have taken their word to be truthful….this does not appear to be the case here and now. Knowing them however, I still have hope that the value event is still to come and would not be surprised if another RNS with some good news is published shortly before AGM….otherwise I am going to call for a vote of no confidence in this BOD at the AGM.

It stinks….discount of 38% to selected mates I guess….so the LTH like me and a few others on this BB fund the high risk sh#te and they let their mates in once it’s derisked and further dilute LTHs….these guys are frigging crooks and I’m really miffed that they can do something like this and actually think they can get away with it.
