The point is Sheds…we were continuously in the local news…minister of mines etc paying visits. I thought at the time some form of due diligence was taking place….then the bombshell of the placing…then the RNS saying looking for other projects….in my eyes they have failed to deliver Toral and get it over the line…now they expect LTHs to support a new venture…I mean…something not quite right here….I smell a rat to be honest.

Why they have not shed any news on the so called deal that fell through is beyond me. They should be held accountable for this failure imo. Yet you seem keen on supporting them even after their failure to get Toral over the line and now even to buy another exploratory project which we know nothing about….this whole thing is starting to get a bit smelley don’t you think ?

The understanding I have Highside is the PFS will only now be produced AFTER the next drilling campaign….not even sure where the latest Mets are….so order should be Mets from last round of drilling…then new drilling campaign….Assays, Mets then only PFS….this is the understanding I have reading between the lines….hey but who knows…seems like the blind leading the blind here.

Teaye….nice buy…just noticed the trade after yours was a 200 now if you believe market makers signals this stock imo must already be oversold…

No mention of Bennelong in the RNS…..I wonder why he didn’t use the opportunity to expand on exactly what they will be doing…..in my opinion this last statement was purposefully put in to further p**s off PI’s and LTH and almost coerce us into selling……really weird RNS imo. I wonder if his mates want more and haven’t got enough as yet ?

Here’s the real problem…In 2020 administration expenses were 1000227 dollars be it Aus or US no one seems to knows. In 2021 these crept up to 1357427….so an increase of 33% in one year in administration costs.
Exploration expenditure amounted to 1,375,442 in 2020 and in 2021 it amounted to 2,044,095.
So in effect for every 2 million raised at least half goes to administration and half to exploration….this company needs a major shakeup if you ask me.

Fact. This BOD has failed to deliver value to shareholders. Especially PI’s. They c**ked up the SS….tried to release it with inferred resources in the financials….but this was against rules that existed at the time which they should have been aware of. The only reason we delisted from ASX was so they could eventually release it but the damage was already done….we have NEVER recovered from their incompetency faux pass. Again now….fact…they spoke about EU grants and non dilutive fund raising…..failed miserably once more and we down another 30 odd percent.
These are facts Teaye ….no longer can we put up with this incompetent BOD who are not focussed and hoping like we are…that something good will come out of this.
