And quite frankly…I should not be questioning the supposed deal. stranshanson as the Nomad should be…..

Highside…if they cannot tell us who was involved in the supposed deal and why it fell through…..they must be lying…..surely the NDA is no longer applicable. Many companies post an RNS after any deals fall through….why not us ???

We need to know that we have not been lied to and quite frankly if Dumb and Dumber have any sense they should come clean or resign

Dear Wilhelm,
We as long term shareholders appreciate the support that both you and your esteemed company Deutsche Balaton have provided to Europa Metals.
As active investors and based on your track record we have great difficulty in trying to understand yours and Deutsche Balatons support for a CEO and Chairman that professes a value event for shareholders in not one but two RNS ‘s which were not forthcoming.
You in your personal capacity and in Deutsche Balatons capacity are aware of this event being published. Either you are in collusion to create this fictional event which never occurred or you did not. We seek a public response as to why both you and Deutsche Balaton seem somehow to be supporting EUZ which are currently being run by two geologists that have no ability whatsoever to run a public company and seem to have conned long term investors that there actually was supposed to be a value event.

It is with disdain and a sad heart that I put pen to paper to write this note.
Strandhanson as the Nomad for Europa Metals allowed two RNS’s to be passed and published about imminent value events for shareholders that were misleading and possibly fraudulent.
We as shareholders would like to know exactly who the supposed deal was with and why it fell through as any NDAs which possibly did exist are no longer in force with this company where the deal supposedly fell through.

Thanks Cjen….a very good report. Needless to say…I think they are not telling the truth about the value event otherwise they would have told you who it was with….think about it….the deal fell through….no need to comply with anyNDAs any longer….quite frankly there was no deal on the table imo.

He is an outright liar imo and should be taken to task on this.

Teaye…how many times did he publicly state nothing as yet signed ??? Yet alluding to a value event in two RNSs you seem to have no problem with?

What we should be doing imo is email the Nomad and ask why they were allowed to insert value events in the last two RNSs as this quite honestly is blatant lies and bordering on fraud.

Money…I respect ur optimism…but the votes at the AGM reflect about 20% of the shareholders were against every resolution that this BOD managed to get through….I suspect it’s all the LTHs that are ****ed off getting diluted once a year. This no doubt will occur again next year. Especially if they buy another exploration dream…..
We invested in Toral unfortunately and NOT these two dumb asses who profess a value event will occur for shareholders. Their value event is different to ours and never the two shall meet. Please try understand this.

We will never know Highside….they would be rather stupid to tell the world just how incompetent they really are. Dumb and Dumber will fumble on until DB give them the boot.

Nice to hear from you Oils and very pleased you made up your losses elsewhere. Thank you for sharing your views. From my perspective I believe LTHs have been screwed yet again by this BOD. I also believe that DB will not put up with their continued incompetancies for much longer. They are active investors and will not at all be surprised if the current BOD are in last chance saloon.
