On a serious note Sheds….I think you maybe onto something….WHI in Spain in Feb as part of the team evaluating new projects….did you see that photograph…..that does not appear to be Toral but certainly access to an old mine….so imo the 2 opportunities still on the table could very well be in Spain. GLA.

I also get the feeling with this eerie silence something is going on….and MC is too scared to relay any info to shareholders at this point in case it scuppers any deal or he may just say the wrong thing…..again :-) something along the lines of the one project is in Russia and the other is in Venezuela and they both have strong business cases. :-)

I for one can promise you now if this doesn’t happen …..watch the rush for the door. Thanks Sheds….the CDTI funding though I thought was for the drilling….surely they would not use those funds for anything else but drilling ? Are they not still developing the software for anti deviation ? I don’t think that is a finished product as such.

Unless of course they have a buyer lined up for Toral and busy getting their next project organized….and then using the money received for Toral for the next exploration purchase…..

Yep….as per the RNS…… following an intended 1 for 10 share consolidation as part of the Transaction (equivalent to 0.5p pre consolidation).
That’s why I said it should have been 2 RNS’s ….1 for the acquisition and 1 for consolidation….the above is all they said on consolidation unless I have missed something.

Good morning Guys…..Highside I am not so sure he walked….have you discounted the possibility that he was pushed ? From my perspective I have not excluded that as a possibility bearing in mind he did p@@s off the Nomad and DBA firstly with his impending value event which never happened …and his last fund raiser which was imo an absolute disgrace. Hanging out the carrot of an impending value event to keep LTHs in and then diluting us once more. Anyways it’s water under the bridge now and let’s hope we can somehow recover our losses.

Does anyone remember we also had the Lago project but we did not renew the license as we wanted to focus on Toral….I’m starting to wonder if this project is back on the radar. Just a thought.

Anyone else think we could be in the running for 2 of these projects ?

According to the counselor, the project will be developed over 14 months and will serve to kick off the restoration actions in the Bierzo region, after the 36 million invested in the Laciana region to regenerate the farmland open-pit such as Valdesegadas, Prégame, Feixolín, Fonfría and Nueva Julia.
In this sense, Suárez-Quiñones announced that the Board will allocate 70.6 million European funds in the coming months to restore a total of 1,060 hectares in three projects to be developed in the Gran Corta de Fabero, in the Torre del Bierzo area and in the municipality of Igüeña. The works are part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and are the result of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Development and the Environment and the Just Transition Institute (ITJ) in November 2021.
All these works will be carried out by the public company Tragsa and is expected to start within a month, said the counselor. The forecast is that these restoration works will be able to create some 200 direct jobs.

Good morning guys and lasses…the two projects he is talking about imo could be somehow related to Toral. Eg…restoration of previously mined Pits etc….in Spain…this being the case I have no issues…as revenues gained from this type of project which will be Government/EU funded will help in completing the PFS. I honestly hope so but not sure at all why they just don’t come out and say which projects they are. GL

I feel sorry for him for different reasons…..he will have his holdings diluted and value cut to about one third of his current value…I don’t wish it on anyone to lose money on the stock exchange but honestly…this is a real train smash.

They have effectively slipped 1 month in the last 9 days……surely they would have known 9 days ago that the 3 pre requisites were not achievable by the end of March….very poor imo.
The 5mw in production by end April must surely also be a distant target.

Every year I think this is the year for EUZ…..but I don’t think I will be wrong this year ….good prices have made the business case much more compelling and I am fairly confident that with our data room open for so many years and NDAs sealing lips we must be on someone’s radar !!! You think perhaps they will use that in Zimbabwe to fund the remaining 75 kw and hopefully by then the limited forex restrictions will no longer be in place ??
