No probs Sheds…we can agree to differ….the reason I state that is because in general, PFS`s have an accuracy within 20 to 30 percent, while feasibility studies (FS) require more formal engineering work and have an accuracy within 10 to 15 percent….so you expect a JV to come about with an accuracy level of about 50% I reckon. I think personally that risk is still too high.

We need money Money ….to get this over the line. All my research points to a completed PFS minimum before exploitation license will be granted…or any suitors or JV comes about and additional guarentees presented. Ad I’m not even sure whether a PFS will do it as they talk about a FS here. This is the Spanish law.

Just to keep you focussed on this share and not the people who post here…I will respond …..
I have a small holding and do believe that green energy is the way forward…however I am waiting for the right moment to buy more and unfortunately for you I DO NOT believe the right moment is now with a share consolidation and more fund raising in the pipeline looming over our heads….or have you conveniently forgotten this is on the cards?

I’m with you patientzero….why he is always saying strong buy leads one to only one conclusion…he is trying to ramp it so as he can sell…..even google says this about Kibo…

Highside. I still think JV is some way off especially after reading this paragraph on LinkedIn

In my honest opinion they will need capital before announcing any JV ….
So for me it’s between another fund raise or going bust. My money is and has been on another fund raise. Best of luck though with your decision :-)

In my opinion another placing is imminent as EUZ must be running on fumes at the moment…do some sums….to raise 2 million quid at a discounted value of 2 p per share will add another 100 000 000 shares…..bearing in mind they currently have 79,130,649 shares in issue….so that in effect will be catastrophic to current shareholders. If it does happen though I may consider buying back in as the SP normally falls to placing price. Interesting to see how this pans out.

So my guesstimate is end of 2025 ie after the 1st dividend ….really hope it arrives for you. GL once again.

Anyone should be able to post whatever they believe ito the Company…in this case KIBO…the fact that he continually posts a “strong buy” when the facts are very blatant in the latest set of financials…check out the losses over the past 3 years and the revenue streams….and it leads to one conclusion only….he is ramping so as he can offload his stock at minimal losses…..think about it…logically. And whatever you do never attack other persons view. Give it the respect it deserves. Ie ignore it :-)

Chrisp…would it not make sense that the JV is part of a Newco ? And EUZ own 40% and the partner 60% ? What would happen to EUZ then as we stand today ? Would the listing remain as EUZ….? I very much doubt it as more than likely they will be delisting from JSE as they will have no further interest in staying listed there being a European mining house…your thoughts would be appreciated. Something may be happening ito a JV I do believe. However I would rather buy shares of the partner if they are a listed company whoever they are…as a long term investment as they have the money to take this to production. To get a return from EUZ is years away imo.The only way to make money with EUZ is to trade and that is not my game. Stop flogging a dead horse….it’s been sold and resold a number of times now and is a bit smelly to say the least !!!

My feeling as well 15:13…..Kibo has yet to make any money to keep them afloat…let alone give investors a return on their investment….I done see this happening at all in the short term and will take years should they manage to remain in business under LCs guiding hand. they have almost quadrupled their losses over the last 2 years to 24million quid. The only way they have survived is via fund raisers. I expect another soon and another dilution….this bump today is temporary imho.

KIBO need to tell us where they are going to get funding from in the next 3 months to stay afloat ….rather than extending a project for another 10 years….this is typical LC….another smokescreen.

Yep…LC does seem to be all over the place at the moment ito developing and delivering a solid strategy. Maybe he should do the honorable thing and give someone else the lead.

Yes….I will buy some more after consolidation and the next fund raise….pointless buying before as one will just be diluted further…..No other alternatives when it comes to power generation….go green or go out of business….simples.
