I honestly hope not but I must say the consolidation together with the acquisition has a remarkable impact on LTHs as it’s about a 40% dilution so if one was a TR1 holder at say 5% ownership of the company you will be an ex TR1 holder imo. I guess this has started to sink in and even LCs ownership is diluted largely. I’m still positive however that because they have announced this deal and put certain prerequisite in place to be fulfilled by end March and then again the 5MW to be operational by end of April…with trading resuming only end of May after consolidation that they will achieve these targets…if not , otherwise as a previous poster has said there will be a huge rush to the door…..GL.

I get what you saying Chrisp and it does make a lot of sense. But unfortunately I have misread the script….and invested in a mining company not an exploration company as I thought (stupidly) in hindsight that we were beyond the exploration and discovery stage and more into development phase. Anyways…another lesson learnt I guess.

I guess this says it all….. Exploration expenditure dropped by a quarter to AUD711,643 from AUD950,854.
AUD 711,643 equals GBP 407,443.22
And Our accumulated losses to date are the equivalent of 27,267,421.12 British Pounds…

So what’s happening here is they have reduced spending our money on exploration activities, keeping EMI going with 8 staff members excluding the board and delivering meaningless promises on value events and acquisitions which we never asked for. IMO we have lost focus and gone off the rails.

Yes…and the drilling is obviously part of this…why is this swept under the carpet ? Why no update on the current drilling campaign which supposedly started early March ??

Stage 2 work will see Toral continue to be used as a live testing environment by the partnership as the University of Salamanca continues its analysis and any future commercial benefit from an eventual product will be shared by the partners. I’m starting to wonder wtf is going on now….in RNS dated 24th Feb drilling to commence early March 2022……now the latest RNS…..sometime during 2022. This is becoming a joke honestly.
And on top of this ….spending our money on reviewing 10 projects and now shortlisted to 2 projects which we never asked for !! We invested in Toral and it seems they are intent on p**sing our money away. Pathetic imo anyways.

Hi guys and lasses…..anyone speak with Myles lately to see if resource drilling has commenced as per RNS of 23rd Feb ? A further campaign of resource drilling is expected to commence in early March 2022, which is designed to incrementally augment the current indicated JORC resource estimate of 5.9Mt @ 7.8% Zn equivalent (including Pb credits) and 27g/t Ag at depth.
Strange that in the Ore sorting RNS he mentioned the single broker update ….but no update on the drilling progress….I am wondering whether it has actually started….anyone hazarding a guess ??

I also am fairly confident they will deliver the first 5 MW in April….with the proviso that these pre requisites are met by end March….so we can expect an RNS in one way or another during the next few days.
1. by no later than 31 March 2022, Kibo and Broomfield shall have delivered to each other written notice that they are satisfied with the results of their respective due diligence investigation;

2. by 31 March 2022, Broomfield shall have provided certified copies of resolutions authorising the sale of Brownhill;

3. by 31 March 2022, Kibo shall have entered into service agreements on mutually acceptable terms with the key individuals nominated by Broomfield to the board and executive management of Kibo for a period of at least 24 months;

I agree 100%. To pay 10million quid for a company that had a turnover of 20 000 quid in 2020 and for the year ending 2020 was exempt from audit under section 477 of companies act is imo frigging stupid….and to use public funds for this in inexcusable. Lots of explanation required from our BOD.
