Guys...thats exactly what I am saying...they are using exactly the opposite of their previous tactics.....ie driving the price down and buying more in the open market and will INCREASE their holding....what I am saying possibly to 30% ......and will be compelled to make a shark ****e offer to shareholders.....However LSE, LR and cronies will delay this TR1 for as long as they need......scarey ****e.

and we end up a German company ??? Watch this space...it may just be a good hedge.

I think a little differently....They have gone the one way before...ie selling when its high and then taking up their warrants....
This time....the other way....and they will drive it down.....with CB's and LR's knowledge. Knowing LR has got no skin in the game....he may be using them.....which we have been warned about before. So my advice is....fook them...... buy and hold.....many can play this game....and the Germans have been beaten before.

And the MM's have once again manipulated a -9.62% situation... I am now starting to wonder if Deutsche Balaton are doing this on purpose in order to get more shares below Placing Price.
They have been accused previously of share manipulation....DYOR.

And we 9.62% down......thats about 100m shares in total traded so far today........draw your own conclusion....

Yep....But I used Meno's line in my response to that email....which was...."So, an organisation that specialises in helping the public invest has no publicly transparent complaints system ? pretty irresponsible position to take given one of the main factors of the 2008 crash was lack of transparency in the financial sector.... I think you have that spot on Shed. I was hoping however that the SP would at least be at TP's evaluation prior to the JORC announcement....but it seems unlikely this will happen imo.

No probs shed....CB confirmed..."early" Q4 in his year end statement.

On the 25th Sept...In the RNS...."Following receipt of the final assays, work has begun on an update to the JORC (2012) resource estimate for the Toral project, which we anticipate will take circa 4 weeks. "
That will be 2 weeks tomorrow.......and he did say they saved two weeks by getting the team together in London....
So news imminent imo.....

Yep...it is a bit sickening...but more investors need to complain...hopefully they will do something about it...one day..... It is absolutely morally wrong for them to ignore what imo is blatant market abuse and the fact that MM's and devious dealers continually persist and get away with it....really makes me mal !!

Further update from FCA.......reference my email to them...regarding market abuse . Hopefully something gets done soon as this occurs far to often imo....

I see were reversed this morning and changed to "buys".....MM's playing games .....yet again.

Im on a 37% loss at this stage....but I am not at all concerned. :-)

And I see 74,055,402 million are available at 1c today on JSE.....3 m already traded.
TP very clever.....getting 0.00053 per share on SA exchange.....

Hi Bobby....I agree with what you say ....however it did change....last week CB recognised DB for the first time and mentions this in his annual report....however it did seem a bit like after the fact.... I sincerely hope sanity prevails and you get back it at some stage...The asset imo far outways the ability of EUZ management and honestly...I cant see them c@@cking up anymore from here....This imo is the final straw or leg.....get back into the payout queue !!!
