The SP will be higher definitely.....the problem I have is maintaining my 1% share holding.....with all the dilution taking place.
When there were 5.8 Billion shares I needed 58 million....that was about a year ago.
Now you need 162 million shares to have 1%.
at 1c a share on JSE thats over R1,000, 000 I have had to fork out .......

Yep....and it would have cost them 6 x more in a few weeks time.....thats why LR did'nt wait until after JORC ......

@Oiltap....did you see this in the RNS.....first time DB mentioned....ever....I wonder if there "sell" a few days ago has broken any rule of AIM ?

Now that I have taken time out, had a packet of fags, stopped hissing at the cat and calmed down slightly ..this is all starting to fall in place now.

Lundin is actively looking for new resources and would prefer copper asset followed by Zinc.

So….in a few weeks we will have a JORC report that is “indicated” without Copper.
This imo will give the SP a huge boost and LR will hope by then we have all calmed down.
With the finding of Copper at Toral my guess is Lundin have asked EUZ to prove it up a bit more.
However I have no doubt the money from this placing is to continue drilling and to include Copper into the JORC at some point before selling or JVing Toral with Lundin. This is my opinion only and DYOR.

I will be flying in to London from SA whenever the AGM takes place. I will be on a mission to oust LR as this whole thing smacks of insider trading. He needs to be locked up. !! Is there anyway we can lodge a criminal case against him ? Any legal guys on this forum ?

Feels like we have just been mugged.....and we are in the payout queue.......LR getting his cronies in via the backdoor again.....should be ashamed of himself !!!

The Toral asset is what keeps me in this share. We have seen market manipulators and a few tricks like never before with this share on AIM. I do not know who friend or foe is nowadays even with some of the hard core investors and stakeholders even including the BOD. Everyone seems to have their own agenda and own investment strategy and I believe rightfully so. Its no use watching this BB on a daily basis as quite frankly if you believe in the asset as much as I do and have done your research we should not really give a ***te what the MM's are up. I believe the sale is imminent and that will be the "sling shot"...What one needs to do here is hold and buy more in need as imo there are thieves prowling and I have no other word for them as that is exactly what they are doing and trying every trick in the book to take these shares from "sticky" hand holders. Wait for a few more weeks and be patient... if you holding these shares you are already in the payout queue imo.

Very very postive imo....If you read the full agreement you will see that it will be Lundin's responsibility to do a feasability study....which IMO tells me no more dilution .....extremely positive and we get a mine.
The next phase is in fact feasability study and moving resource from indicated to measured.....so in 4 weeks time we will have a revised Jorc with Indicated resource and thats when Lundin will exercise their one time buy back in right I believe. All the current work is geared for this.

My interpretation is slightly different to yours....FCR bought Goldquest.....Goldquest had an agreement with Lundin. This agreement still stands imo.

Hi Guys...please as I cannot make it...can someone who is going ask LR the following questions ?
1. The agreement between Lundin and Goldquest. Is it still valid and in force ? If the answer is yes….will they exercise their “buy back in” clause and will JV be formed to take this to a mine ?
2. Deutsche Balaton's role as a partner. What are their intentions and are they actively involved with EUZ in terms of the decision making process at EUZ and future strategy going forward ? Why was the TR1 not released on the 9th Sept if they were notified on the 9th Sept ?

Oh ok...The agreement with Lundin is not an off take agreement...Its a 1.5% royalty on the Net Smelter Return (NSR) from the Toral Project.... But I think it was mat that said he would check to see if it is still valid with LR.....

@Gizzard....an off take agreement already exists with Lundin as far as I am aware.....did we get any confirmation from LR that the Goldquest and Lundin agreement is still in place ???

Yep...the current Jorc has Lead, Zinc and Silver.....you think Copper will be included in the next update ? Or is it a bit too soon ?

I have been reading some of these posts and it surprises me that besides Oiltap....no one else has picked up that DB has for absolutely "nothing" picked up 10% of EUZ ...and I mean it....at absolutely ZERO cost.
This to me smacks a bit of insider trading and I would like Researchanalyst1's take on this aspect. It seems highly suspect to me and anyone going to see LR on Monday should pose this question.
1. Does he know what DB's intentions are and does he condone what they have done by acquiring 10% of EUZ at absolutely no cost.
2. What plans will he be putting in place to stop this from re-occurring as it seems they have actually just "fleeced" 10% of EUZ.
3. If he was given the TR1 on the 9th September as stated in the RNS of the TR1 why was it only released to the market on the 24th Sept 2019 ?
EUZ seem to be carrying the legacy of FCR with "drama" just about every time an RNS is released. Its really starting to miff me off......

I take it then that MM's can see one's "stop loss" ?

2. If so ....my guess is Lundin will buy back in.....and lastly it looks like Lundin will pay for feasibility study.
