Well...I am...I have been around long enough to know that no news is not good news.....after all this is AIM....very fickle indeed with MM's still "operating" in their own interests. I sincerely hope new JORC arrives soon to put an end to this madness.Grossly under valued in everyone's opinion yet MM's think otherwise...DYOR.

@ Bobby...at todays prices about 3,000,000,000 valuation of resource in the ground is spot on....
670k tons of zinc @ $2440 per ton = 1 634 800 000
540k tons of Lead x $ 2177 per ton = 1 175 580 000
13 million ounces at $17.60 = 228 800 000
Total……. = 3 039 180 000
However I agree we need to take costs etc into account hence my easy method of two more 100% dilutions....which is a guestimate like anyone else's I guess :-) and hopefully this will cover costs....

@ Meno...you are correct with the 3,000,000,000 evaluation.....SP I have slightly different outcome....based on my calcs...
Current Shares in issue…..16,555,542,985
Potential value per share $0.18 as of today which is....14.2 pence
Assume another 100% dilution again……value $0.09 per share…
Assume additional fund raising required at some stage ….another 100% dilution….$0.045 per share which is 3.5 pence.
....a very far cry from where we are today and that’s assuming a 200% dilution .... like a worst case scenario !!

...check the last few times we have had "price monitoring exts"....always big news after...we had a few yesterday and also check the volumes....not saying there is a "leak"....just my gut feel.

My guess......Indicated JORC will be out by tomorrow...... lots of activity .........hopefully a "great" one....

So in this case...the corner stone investor issues warrants to the strategic investor at x price....once the share hits x x 2 ....the strategic investor sells ..... and the cornerstone investor then gives the strategic investor more warrants ?

well then....they must be strategic if CB says so.....strategic investors normally invest and stay invested.....
so the question really to ask and directed to CB.....who are they strategic to if they sell in the open market ?

Yep...agree Oiltap that is highly the reason.....but after we discover Copper you think we will need some more funding to discover gold ??? I also saw gold on one his slides in the presentation....LOL !!

The irony of this all is why did they just not "finish the job " in terms of what we know we have....ie an updated Jorc with "indicated" resource for lead, silver and Zinc.....why did they raise funds for further research at these low prices....surely with an updated Jorc the SP would have been higher and less dilution....think about it.....
Anyways...I have ranted enough on this BB and I am going to leave it up to Bobby to have the alternate view.... he does a better job than me :-)..... I am still very hopeful though that this share will come good at some stage ...despite the continued " games and such like " from MM's, DB and management alike.

@Oiltap...The if's and buts part....I will not ever sell to them.....I will keep my stake. The part I do not like is the mandatory offer which will come our way....with LR's and CB's blessing !! I think all the "mistakes" of the past have been done on purpose.....and there may be more "mistakes" to come.....I was hoping this would not be the case but now I have realised the way they have manipulated this share. I have over R2m ZAR invested in this share and am here to stay...dont get me wrong....I even think TP are involved in one way or another when it comes to manipulation.....think about it logically....They raise 1million pounds at 0.0025 and then the very next day, based on their evaluation they say the share price is worth 0.0071...... is this right in a normal world ?? Why did they not raise at a higher price ?? Why do you think that LR could not make it to the presentation ?? I think TP used that as an excuse and told him not to come.....according to reports I have been given is that it was like going into a nightclub with some heavy bouncers that were hired on the night.....some shady characters apparently.....why all this if everything was "above board" ?? and still as yet no mention of when and where the AGM is going to be held.....All these events IMO is purposely being done in order to scare off the "clever" investors....sometimes referred to on this BB as the "weak".......which we all know is totally wrong.

Oiltap...do the sums.....IMO....Over 20% traded since 5th Sept.....LR no skin in the game...CB will be happy with whatever he gets...he came in late....PI's and LTH's suffer....something not quite right here....dont be at all surprised they make another ****up....this hits an all time low and we back at square one.....with German owners....my belief....buy more and hold....F@@k them at their own game. I sincereley hope I am entirely wrong the way I am reading this but the symptoms point to one thing....and one thing only....manipulation.

None that I am aware of. Here is my fear.....they end up owning more than 30% and are forced to make a mandatory offer to SH's and LR and CB support it !!!!

on the 24th Sept.....RNS TR1 DB reduces shareholding to 9,92 %...... a few weeks late....5th Sept when the event occurred.
we are now a month later down the road.....you honestly think they still own 9.92% ??

I am now more than ever convinced...LR and CB are using DB as a vehicle to get more of EUZ....and they have already struck a deal behind the scenes.....slimey b@stards....this IS INSIDER TRADING !!!
