Lol...4th Quarter....sorry...everthing else stands...IMO.

Many reasons for selling Musical ....one being they were asked to by FCA.....secondly what RNS is late ???? CB in the annual report....by early 3rd quarter......well now....so early 3rd quarter is already late in your eyes.....who is paying you?? You useless at your research and your job ....so best get off this BB.

I am working today....so will be following the rugby on my laptop and will watch a replay later. I think it does constitute a PFS. This is my opinion only...Im sure Oiltap can clarify for us as he is very much up to date in terms of these processes and procedures that need to be followed.

@Shed...The Scoping Study already has the required detail and business case for a mine....So my take is...the pre feasibilty study is in fact complete...and it is very very detailed,complete and makes compulsive reading. So with an indicated JORC for lead zinc silver and the further possibility of Copper....the risk is minimised for any buyer already. Having said that offers could come in with a proviso clause of "metalurgical results being positive"....I am not sure but it is all conjecture. One thing I do know is that the bigger players imo are already sniffing and are lined up. No ways this is still "under the radar"

Yep...Im also sure they would like to convert at a higher price....but my gut feel is that they will have to convert before JORC announced otherwise they could be left behind in the pot as "unexercised" warrants....If EUZ is either sold or JV'd which imo is on the cards straight after JORC announced.

One must be crazy to sell now....many many scenarios to consider....one being a buy out based on an excellent JORC !!! That is why I feel confident DB and BH will exercise their warrants BEFORE JORC announcement....so this will have to be at 0.0004 ish before IMO. The guys flipping could find themselves out of the game if that scenario comes about...they need to consider this. I also believe that a "comprehensive" JORC = FOR SALE sign.......IMO

@ Leslieby....You must be an accountant....good job. Just to add to what you have said.....My belief is of that 32.48%....DB's end holding will be about 29%.....And then....only then will they actually be the "Strategic" partner.....as they themselves will not want more as they are investors not miners but by the same token they will not want to be diluted !!..... So I am actually looking forward to the day they take up the rest of their warrants and exercise them. IMO DYOR. GLA

Yep.Im with you...its called a rights issue. I have asked them before why they dont do this but apparently it is a lot more expensive to do a rights issue. You need to consider EUZ has not got a lot of Tom to spend on things like this but I understand and share your frustration. My take is that the value added ultimately to the asset will far exceed the cost of these funds and the dilutive effect it has on our holdings. This will show in the SP in the very near future.

@ Beef....I guess it could have been done better but as the saying goes....a bird in the hand is better than a bird in the bush....Lol...well it used to be anyway.... But on a serious note equity raising has been very difficult for many explorers recently but I think CB sums it up rather nicely in the annual report....

And by all accounts DB are strategic as I have NO DOUBT WHATSOVER they will exercise the rest of their warrants at the appropriate time.

Thanks for the thumbs up.I am not well informed. I am well researched and I do a lot of homework....:-) On DB, BH ...their holdings etc....Also very very very confident with the Toral asset ultimately being mined or sold off.... either way one has to be in to win.

Yep...I agree......mat and RA1.....wonder what happened to them....I thought maybe RA1 worked for DB......pumped it up and then they dumped.....professing to have 170 million.....:-)

I couldnt agree with you more Lloyd...the warrants are in place for a reason....guarenteed funding for an exploration company !!! so whats the problem when they are exercised. Everyone invested in EUZ KNOWS exactly how many warrants have been issued and its even published on the EUZ website.....a LOT more imo opinion will still be exercised. However this gives me assurance that moving forward we will have the funding at the right time as per LR's presentation !!! Some of the posts on this BB are really starting to p**s me off and I am seriously considering deleting my profile and getting off of this BB. ANyways..thats me signing off for the day.

Guys...dont be stressed with these take ups of warrants....its a very good sign imo.....we will have enough money in the bank to deliver the next phase of drilling...imo Cu will be added to Jorc at some stage...also it gives us a level of confidence that BH and DB are still very much part of the overall strategy for EUZ moving forward....very positive IMO.

@DMC....it may be a very good thing in fact....That will give DB an interest of about 29%....this being the case I believe we may just be at the end of "dilution" as they have big funds to fund further development via loans and also their holding will just be below the threshold where they will have to make a mandatory offer to share holders...ie less than 30%....all looking though like both DB's and BH's "dumps" were planned so that when they do exercise their next options they are under the afore mentioned threshold....interesting days ahead.

Well I hate to say it...but I will....the next RNS I believe will be the 4 billion warrants at 0.00035 being exercised....think about it logically....If I was in that position I would snap them up prior to indicated Jorc being published.....seems to me the sp is being held at this level in anticipation.....

Not necessarily in this case Apple....I have already expressed my view.
