Yup, just got another 5639 away at 118p about an hour ago............ :-)

I suppose the sad thing is that the bs might encourage uninformed and somewhat naive people to get carried away and buy on the spikes. It's been pretty obvious that a lot of genuine new posters on here over the past few days have no idea about the company and the present situation. I have even seen one ask what the score was with the DHSS court case and was it still pending!

The reality is that anything said on this board will have little or no material impact on the share price. That is driven by the French market where the majority of the shares are traded. What the comments can do however is mislead people who might not know wtf they are doing with their hard earned money.........

And if anyone else comments about the 'US waking up!' I think I will wet myself laughing :-)

Not posted in ages but keep an eye as I'm a LTH who is nursing a pretty significant loss. It has been entertaining watching the rampers and pumpers, accounts that are 3 or 4 days old with multiple posts extolling the virtues of Novacyt and the stratospheric heights that the share is going to reach, as well as amazing bs from some of the old favourites.

Personally I've taken the opportunity on Friday and this morning to sell some significant chunks of my holding with avierw to buying back when the share price goes back to its usual level. I have done this on several occasions over the past 18 months and it has made a dramatic difference to my average, long may it continue.

I still believe in the longer term prospects for Novacyt as it an excellent portfolio and lots of opportunities in the future to develop sustainable and profitable business.

Whilst I hate the liars, rampers and pumpers, I think I would be a fool if I did not use the opportunity to repair some of the damage! Gla.

Many people have had a go at you over the past few months so I thought I’d add my ten penneth worth.

You would appear from your previous post to have a few thousands worth of tanked shares in Novacyt. Frankly that’s not a lot unless you have been stupid enough to invest what you can’t afford, or have been even more stupid enough to borrow money to gamble with (that’s the nature of AIM).

You have a couple of thousand mostly negative posts on this forum which given the relatively short time scale, either an unhealthy obsession, or an ulterior motive is at play.

Frankly speaking, I find you quite funny to be fair. The amount of energy you pour into this forum is astonishing! Perhaps I should applaud your efforts but I always end up thinking what a twat you are!

Please feel free to carry on amusing me whilst I open another fine wine from my cellar whilst watching my very diversified investments providing an excellent income despite the occasional hiccup.

It was just the bit about 'consultants pouring over contracts' that interested me. I suspect that's happened to almost all suppliers and that the Gov want to get out of anything that they can. Not comparing Nova to Medpro in any way BH

Interesting extract from BBC website about the latest Government go at Covid suppliers. Looks like they are picking over all contracts to try and wriggle out of paying, not just Novacyt.

A Department of Health and Social Care spokesperson said: "We can confirm that we have commenced legal proceedings in the High Court against PPE Medpro Limited for breach of contract regarding gowns delivered under a contract dated 26 June 2020.

"We do not comment on matters that are the subject of ongoing legal proceedings."

The government has previously described the PPE Medpro medical gowns deal as an "underperforming" contract.

In a statement, the company said it was clear by the end of 2020 that the government had "vastly over-ordered" PPE and would never be able to use it all.

It said consultants had been brought in to "pick over all the contracts" on "technicalities".

Glassdoor is not exactly the most reliable source of information about the true state of affairs in any company. People with a grudge are 10 times more likely to post on it. There are also no safeguards against one individual posting multiple times (sound familiar Amazon and Ebay!).

I certainly would not be taking investment decisions based on that.

Good morning CS. If you don't know why RUO products are released, then I suggest you do some homework on the company that you are supposedly invested in. That comment shows an abject lack of knowledge about the sector.

Perhaps you should stick to more tedious and tiresome references to salad?

PI100 has a short position open.........................the only possible explanation for their constant negative activity other than they have simply lost the plot.

It's been depressing reading on here over the past few months as people have queued up to insult, libel and generally criticise the board of directors, the management and sometimes certain members of staff of the company.

Some of the posters are stuck on particular rants and endlessly repeat themselves like children laughing at their own jokes. Its frankly embarrassing that adults can act like this over and over and over again.

I'm not happy at my investment losses here. I also get the need to vent frustration but I draw the line at some of the accusations on here recently.

I'm sure that the BOD and Management are equally unhappy and just as frustrated as we are over the situation and I am prepared to give them time, well I don't really have a choice so I might as well support the very people who with some hard work and a bit of encouragement are the way out of this unfortunate situation.

In the meantime, perhaps a few people ought to re-read some of the vitriol that they have written and ask themselves just how helpful it actually is.
