It's a low volume nothing day on every stock market around the world.

Tkr234, funny really. I’m quite happy with the BOD. Happy for them to maximise the commercial opportunities for me (a share-holder) at the moment and to communicate as and when is sensible and appropriate. But there you go, I obviously have different priorities to some people on here. I want to maximise my return on my investment.

Its been quite entertaining watching the bourse having a little resurgence over the past couple of days, and like a few others on here, I hope that the sentiment gets caught on AIM tomorrow.

It's also been equally entertaining watching the rampant speculation on here over take-overs, £100 contracts etc :-)

I would prefer to explain the share price rise in France because we are grossly undervalued and doing business right left and centre and all the fundamentals are solid and will eventually be represented in the market cap of the company. Whatnonewsyet. I would imagine an RNS would break the confidentiality clause on an OEM contract so I personally hope we don't see one.

WBAFC. It’s a normal ‘white label’ deal in a market that is highly protected as regards import duties etc. there is also a trust issue with consumers and I would imagine that the Tata name is actually better than some ‘unknown’ brand.

My guess is a licensing deal of some description and maybe even some ‘assembly’ of the machines locally, again, to avoid import duty. This is all entirely normal for such a market.

The reason for No RNS is also understandable. It’s a ‘white label’ deal.

Given the amount of puerile rubbish and frankly ridiculous speculation on here at the moment, I'll bet that the IR inbox is full of abuse.

I probably do the same if I was in their shoes.

Novacyt's job is to develop and sell its products in the market-place, maximising the return for investors. That is what will drive the share price when results are released. It should not waste time, money and energy trying to nursemaid private investors, many of whom (with a few notable exceptions) are obviously clueless about business, accounting, the law and the purpose of the various communication channels, including the RNS system.

And as for the stupid petition, give me strength!

Never mind all the conspiracies about the 'BOD' and the 'City boys loading up' etc.

The real reason for the drop is our friends over the channel. Two thirds of our shares are held in France and they drive our sp on AIM. If you want to know the real reason as to why the volatility, ask them :-)
