Thanks for posting the trades foulkeg. I don't see how these relatively standard size buys could have raised the price so much, unless as I say MMs just are not will to sell anymore at these prices. And why would they went they can sell higher. Too many folks thinking this will drop to 18-19p will get FOMO now.

Is it real or a mistake in the reported closing price? It seems too big a jump to be real but I don't have L2 TSX so I cannot see what the trades looked like.

I guess it is possible MMs are running out of stock?

Derampers are out in force today. No, the share price does not always go back to placement price, especially when there are no warrants. Have a look at 1911 $AUMB which was Don Durrett's top pick from BC - they did similar to Orosur and had a PP ready to go with no warrants at $0.45, price now $0.59.

No warrants is a big deal. PP with warrants always suffer from flippers who want out and just carry the free warrants.

I heard it was Louis after the 25%, he is leveraging profits from his donkey riding business. A shrewd move.

Josepi, I expect an RNS any day to say that the placing has been oversubscribed and is now closed. They may release new in-fill Pepas drill results at any time. Brad may do an interview to update on his plans now he is cashed up e.g. perhaps an extra drill rig for Pepas North.

I cant believe TSX price action yesterday, how did it drop 10% to basically 19p? Did they not see the buying pressure in London into the close? Or was the drop just more MM shenanigans? Their loss, they will be paying more to get in now it seems.

TSX did not share the enthusiasm, drifting back down to the low of the day .36 or 19.3p after a strong London close.

I think with all the excitement around visible gold cores, and every Pepas drill result increasing the overall grade, and Beaver Creek, that the drill program at El Pantano has fallen under the radar but it is literally upon us: from TP report "El Pantano commencing drilling in mid-October 2025, which will be the first such program that has ever been undertaken anywhere on the property. Between 10 and 14 diamond holes are planned for a total of approximately 3,000m, targeting geological structures and geochemical/geophysical anomalies identified from previous work."

To be fair, Pat is asking a question about market mechanics, no need to attack him. The reality is that those buying in the placing at 18p could in theory sell immediately if the price is over 18p and make a risk free profit. But this is unlikely imo, given the value to be uncovered. PP investors will be sticky hands imo. Any investor who bought under the current marketprice at any time could do the same thing, sell and take profit - that is what makes a market.

Pat, no as the market price is adjusting to that knowledge already. 18p is too cheap. Even adding the 50m shares is a mcap of £75m at 20p. Hilariously cheap when you look at the timeline to Pepas production. High grade from surface is a juniors dream, and we have it, that is why we can now raise capital without warrants where others can't.

MMs knew about this today and that is why the price keep falling even in a sea of blue. I would be furious apart from the fact that this now shows Brad wants to keep control of the whole progression plan, and I believe this cash will allow significant value to be unlocked across all targets.

The company will be valued much higher as a result so it really only hurts the short-term trader.

What a gift, 2 tops up through today for me. Should bounce from this level to complete a symmetrical triangle bullish consolidation. Then we go through 28 which becomes the new floor.

My analysis of Brad's comment was correct, which preceeded the Don Durrett article.

You can choose to learn or not, and you can also choose to approach the markets in any way you please, that is what makes a market.

Stocks do not jump on news and then do nothing until there is more "news", as you say you prefer.

When a stock is mispriced for whatever reason, and this becomes wider knowledge (imperfect knowledge improves due to clarity, extended awareness etc) then that can cause forceful price movements over all time horizons. Typically called a re-rate. Price often does not return to previous undervalued levels as that would not make sense given that market knowledge has improved. As such "newsflow" can be a single event that causes a re-rate, an event such as an unknown and undervalued stock receiving new promotion and new investors (thanks Don Durrett/Eric Sprott!).
