The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Is it because taking a position through Spreadex is more tax efficient and the person is worried by a potential hike in CGT. In this case Spreadex would have to advise of its TR1. Are the Higgs back?
When or if news lands it will rise rapidly and it will be near impossible to buy. BUT this is not for widow and orphans, could easily go the other way. The shame is that what the company is doing could be fantastic for many industries, particularly the travel industry and at the moment Whitehall looks to be siting on it's hands.
Just a feeling, something isn't right. Could be they are talking our government or foreign. If they do get a good contract I'm sure it will fly
I completely agree, should of had an rns, plus the movement in the share price looks wrong. They are keeping it in a band with long periods with no movement. They are controlling things for a reason
I wonder how many shares there are in this new company and what the split is. If CTEA have a holding there should have been an rns.
Yes, but the idea of getting two certificates a week will be complicated and expensive. COV-ID looks the better option. The De La Rue article was interesting, I have no doubt their card with a hologram would work, but again expensive. Our solution looks best. The problem we have is the government like dealing with the big companies and their chums, not little entrepreneurial companies like ctea.
As a matter of interest, the buy of 84830 was me. That was the best price I could get from Barclays.
MMs don't like it going over 3p, it's a real battle
Came across this interview on Youtube that only had 25 views, you might find it interesting

It’s interesting watching the MMs playing with the price. It’s been going on for ages and is so obvious. Someone is pulling some strings here.
Dshox, it was explained me by the sister that gave me the flu and pneumonia jab this year. You have 3 things coming at you, Covid, flu and pneumonia. These 2 jabs get rid of two of them so you can fight Covid. I liked her logic. If you get the offer have the jab.
I’m surprised by the number of people that say they will not have the vaccine. Personally I don’t have a problem, time will tell
Interesting thought. The choice people will have is vaccinate or don’t travel or go to venues. It would be there human right to choose. Personally I will have the jab, sooner the better
Taken from an article in today’s Telegraph by Mathew Lynn. Sounds like a great idea, a certificate on your phone.
Finally, companies should discriminate against anti-vaxxers as customers as well. It should be a rule, with a tweak to the law if necessary, that you can’t get on a plane, or stay at a hotel, or go to a theatre or nightclub, without a vaccination. It isn’t much different than enforcing a ban on under-age drinking, and we can all carry a vaccination certificate on our phones.
Taff, my main interests at the moment are CTEA and SOP. SOP has been frustrating as it has been suspended since February 2019. It’s in an rto with a cannabis company.
Taff, I can see us selling to a foreign country before our own. It’s ridiculous that the government haven’t got this certification in place all ready. Hope you haven’t got any stock in travel or hospitality.
The tweet was from 17th July, so old news
I share your frustration, open goal and they can’t get the ball in the back of the net. Looks like we are missing a great opportunity. People will just wait and get out on the next spike, if they are lucky.
I think you are very hopeful, if only life was that simple. Proving it is really safe will take a while, also there are people that will refuse to be vaccinated, as I was told yesterday when getting the flu and pneumonia jabs.
There is the possibility that even if the company is involved this is such a hot potato that they are not allowed to make any announcements. Anything with the government at the moment carries risk
