Definitely could be a take over target, but they will need to roll out in the uk, Germany and Israel first. Interesting the name change to Kanabo Group, they must be considering acquisitions as well.
There will still be a few stragglers that will jump ship Monday if we start red. As soon as the news flow starts it will rise. The problem with a company like this is the short term traders will make some profit then sell, they are happy with 10 20 30 or 40%, that’s great and good luck to them. If this company is successful the people that make the real money are those that hold, particularly those of us that bought at 5p because we will always be in profit and happy to take the risk.
Next week will be volatile as some take profits and others are spooked by the fall at the end of last week. We will start to get RNSs the following week as they start to sign contracts, then investors will start to understand what their business plan is. Hopefully not long until we see a pound. GLA
sugarbaron, I'm on to Barclays now, no luck so far. They are not prepared to let me buy, but will action a sell. I have said the same as you, time for a new broker, awful service.
DShox, my understanding is if you have control over 3% or more you have to notify the company that you have passed the threshold and they have to issue a TR1. It applies to a couple where husband and wife jointly pass the threshold. It doesn’t matter how the stock is held.
DShox, I hope you are right. Interesting article in the Telegraph at the weekend featuring a family flying to Hong Kong stopped because their Covid certificate didn’t comply with the HK authorities latest code. Ctea had a great idea, hopefully someone will take notice
Someone made an interesting comment earlier about what the companies share price would be in American. I think they operate differently. It would be private with private backers, then it would float. We will have to watch it struggle as a listed Company and possibly do a fund raise at some point.
Is it because taking a position through Spreadex is more tax efficient and the person is worried by a potential hike in CGT. In this case Spreadex would have to advise of its TR1. Are the Higgs back?
