Looks like we are destined to be a US company. That means we either list there or are bought by a US company. Sad to think another British company might disappear. But at what price?

The fact they are looking at another manufacturer, probably Mexico says the numbers are far bigger. UK manufacturing maximum is 240000 a year, if they need more capacity the numbers must be far greater. Also there's the new hire in the US to look after ops says a lot about what is happening, the future is across the pond. As for a take over, I would be surprised if we weren't taken out by the end of next year.
