Tbh after almost a year on this board, it's borderline facinating how coordinated and subtle it can be.

We of course all know about it with state and non-state actors on main stream social media etc, but to see the 'boiler room' applied to manulanipating a sp (I'm not a stock guy) is quite a study in the art for me tbh.

At this point I'd be worried if they all stopped posting, every time it ramps up something good usually happens within a few days

'Take-home message: a population of innate immune cells respond with a common mechanism to both Alzheimer's disease associated pathology, and also the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for COVID-19.

By identifying this shared genetic network in innate immune cells will allow us with future work to identify new biomarkers to track disease progression, and also predict disease risk better for both disorders.

Obviously it is important to identify which people are at greatest risk with COVID and Alzheimer's, independent of their age. These findings may allow us to identify new drug targets to slow progression of both diseases and reduce their severity."

Separate testing of another authorized Covid-19 antibody drug ****tail, from Eli Lilly & Co., indicates it also isn’t as effective against Omicron, outside scientists said. Lilly said it is testing the new variant against its antibody treatment and wouldn’t speculate on what the results will be.

The findings are the early results of researchers’ race to assess the impact of the new Omicron variant on Covid-19 treatments that patients, doctors and hospitals have been relying on, as well as pills in development that have promised to keep people out of the hospital.
Researchers say some antibody therapies are likely to be especially vulnerable to Omicron because it contains mutations to the spike protein that the Regeneron and Lilly drugs target, while other drugs should hold up well because they attack elements of the virus unchanged in the variant.'

My expectation is this type of data will be what Doctors can draw upon when prescribing SNG. A simple test of a patients INF and presto you know what they need. I guess the big question is if 20% of critical patients are lacking INF before covid infection as Casanova has stated, what further % of critical patients have their previously good level of INF production suppressed by covid and would be helped by SNG.

Pretty amazing as well that they could barely find any patients with auto-abs to INFb

'Auto-Abs neutralizing IFN-ß in 1.3% of critical patients

We previously reported that auto-Abs neutralizing IFN-ß were detected in only two of 101 critical patients with auto-Abs neutralizing IFN-a2 and/or IFN-? (10 ng/ml) (9). Given the potential therapeutic use of IFN-ß (36, 37) and the absence of IFN-ß neutralization data for patients with COVID-19, we tested a larger number of patients and controls, including patients without auto-Abs against IFN-a or IFN-?, for auto-Abs against IFN-ß, assessing the levels and neutralizing activity of auto-Abs against IFN-ß (10 ng/ml). We screened 1773 patients with critical COVID-19 pneumonia and found that 1.3% (N = 23) had neutralizing auto-Abs against IFN-ß; by contrast, such antibodies were present in none of the 187 severe patients tested and in only two of the 1044 controls tested (0.18%) (Fig. 2D, fig. S2B, and table S3). Only 6 of the 23 (21.7%) critical patients also had auto-Abs neutralizing IFN-a2 and/or IFN-? at 100 pg/ml, and none of the controls had such antibodies. '
