Curious if any of the weekend papers we'll pick up plucky little SNG. With results now imminent, the narrative is a writer's dream.

It seems like every day this week there has been a few hundred K worth of shares bought well above to closing price.

Very much echo these sentiments - as the prize gets nearer we'll see more and more of these shenanigans

I think the thing w Activ is it's an absolute wild card. There's no real 'rules' they need to follow as it's a gov entity - I really can't imagine that they would say to RM, your through to the next round, but we're not gonna tell you anything about how you performed. Please send more drug.

In a similar vein, if A3P3 is simply drug vs other drug, there's no reason you couldn't pull compelling data in what, 6 weeks from first dose?

I certainly don't know what's going on, but am certain it's more than we think.

I have to imagine it's a pretty unique situation having a drug that is:

1. already on a US govt fast track program

2. involved in a US govt P3 trial (Vs other treatments, not placebo, so basically being used/proscribed)

3. Conducting its own P3 global trial, for a different patient cohort than the govt trial

While it of course makes sense that SNG would complete the trial and submit the data before applying for EUA, the very same authority that would approve use has mountains of their own data to consider on SNGs behalf.

Surely NIH/ACTIV would have shared some insight with RM and team by this point? I'm curious if the US is more waiting for us to be 'ready' than waiting for sprinter results.
