It may seem like its over in the UK but of course in other parts of the world its very serious. Hopefully Nova are all over this.

Just looked back and on the 22nd of April we were at £3 on the open. By the close we were £3.75. Everything is possible on AIM. Believe in the science. Test test test.

Hi ak-gabba. That what I thought when I read the bio. He obviously has a lot of experience and you do get to be a non ex director if the company isn’t going to take advice.

£9000 or £90000 doesn’t really matter. He didn’t need to buy any really. The fact remains he obvious thought it was a good idea. IMO perhaps he knows that a £9000 was enough to give him a really good return. Only he knows.

So just had a look at Dr Andrew Heath who bought shares today. If you look at his bio below which is very impressive. Interesting he has lead a company before to an acquisition. Obviously no fool and if he is buying shares at £3.05 a pop he must know the value is going to supercharge past this.

Dr Andrew Heath was appointed to Oxford Biomedica's Board in January 2010 and became Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director in May 2011. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of Protherics plc where he managed the company’s significant growth and eventual acquisition by BTG for £220 million. Previously, he held senior positions at Astra AB and Astra USA, including Vice President Marketing & Sales, and at Glaxo Sweden as Associate Medical Director. He is currently Chairman of Shield Therapeutics plc, and a non-executive director of Novacyt SA and IHT Partners, LLC. He was previously a director of the UK BioIndustry Association.

With the directors buys today that means between them they have bought in the last two weeks 139702 shares. Which other covid-19 pharmo company can say that?
IMHO these directors are the only people that really know whats going on, If they have decided to do this there has to be a really solid reason. Us mere mortals/investors can only guess and try and work out from the great research that is talked about on these boards and the snippets of what isn't said and only hinted at on the RNS.
For me I am holding there is more to come for sure.

Begs the question again. that is the forth director buys now in about two week. Something must surely be in the cards. paying off debts as well. IMHO we have some big news coming. Hence also the big tree shake then to rattle everyone. Lets see where we are at the end of the week, tried to buy on the shake and couldn't get in.
Believe in the fundamentals here everyone and hold your nerve.

Thank you GGGG21 for steadying the ship and bringing some much needed sense to the BB. Great overview of the RNS. IMHO I completely agree with the french part. I have been watching the BB on the Bourse and the french certainly feel they didn't like the RNS they definitely saw it as some kind of personal dig by GM. I am holding still as I agree there is so much more to come. The story definitely isn't over. I do hope as well we have a calmer bb. There was a lot of unnecessary twaddle on the bb of late. I do hope we get back on track with great posts like yours and Vans that help investors like me stay on track.

I think you are absolutely right its being pleased with the amount that you make and then never looking back. Unfortunately its human nature I suppose. The niggling feeling I have is companies like this come along once in a blue moon and all the indicators of them partnering with two huge giants, right product at the right time, new products coming, director buys. If you join up the dots a buyout could be on the cards, and then Boom we all win big time. Is that worth the gamble. That's the issue that only GM knows the answer.

My Understanding is the mcap and the sp go up hand in hand IE sp times 68m shares is the mcap its no more complicated then that. The difficultly is when people see the mcap as being unrealistic when the company has no product or sales which as we know some of the other covid-19 shares have. We are the opposite low mcap and great product and sells. This is why we are seeing the rise in my opinion.

Are we building the value here early so for the expected RNS so that when it lands we will be disappointed that we don't see a large leap. Or is this a genuine build because of the lack of shares available and the MM are just lifting the price to get people to sell so they have shares available. I know that is impossible to answer i am just thinking out loud. The question is of course going through my mind because lets be honest I will want to sell at some stage and take some profit. The other question going through my mind is that if I do sell for profit and then further down the line the company is bought out and its valued at 750m to 1b and sells for £10-£15 I will be as sick as a pig. I can't be the only person thinking this so just wanted to vent my thoughts to see what the collective members out there are also thinking.

Really interesting article. Everyone who reports on the shares talks about them being undervalued. Enjoyed his take on why the directors bought shares and could this be a takeover? He talks about the shares being worth £8 to £10 if this was to happen. Wouldn’t that be great

Interesting you say they now have a communication manager. I had a notification this morning On Twitter saying primer design is now following share maestro. Interesting why they would want to follow someone who is pushing pharmaceutical companies.

That is a great piece of research and another great example of what is going on behind the scenes. Just hope all this great information will finally find its way onto a superb RNS at some point to give us the much needed boost on the sp we need. Could be today but my guess in next week once the dust settles on what has been sold in May and what orders are in the pipe. Uk seems a different place but there are huge pockets in the world where testing at the moment is ultra critical. Let’s hope we have orders for these areas, to help us and the people who need it on the ground to save lives.

Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s the biggest single share buy I’ve seen since I’ve been involved in this share. Could that be another director buy? Would be really interesting if it was. Do we anticipate a bounce first thing on the back of this?

Interesting we seem to have a constant stream of tweets. The common theme is how much everything has been increased to meet the demand. This can only bode well hopefully.
imho Personally I don't think we will see anything in the form of an RNS until Monday. Only because I think they will want to give a whole months figures. Also its some time from the directors buys. I know there is a lot of chat about rules and they can announce an RNS straight after a director buys. Morally though if it was me I would leave it a couple of weeks.

The important part of that is worldwide, its not just about the UK
