I just wish that CF was the same horrible type that GK is.
If CF and the rest of the board were able to then they'd sell off so many millions of their shares to drive the price down their target price and buy them all back for a fraction of the price.

I imagine we all agree that 22p has felt too low considering where the company was when we were at 28p to 32p.
Yesterday there was a welcome upturn - probably old and new investors investing their money in a worthwhile company.
They should have been welcomed but the likes of GK decided there was a few quid to be made by mugging them all!
It was an obvious move - a bit like robbing an OAP who has not closed her handbag and her money is visible whilst you are skint - but was totally resistable for most of us.

So the cowboys sold on the rising market to make a few quid, stopped the rise, dropped the price, and bought back in at lower prices to gain a few shares to satisfy their greedy little minds!

The rest of us sat on our hands content that our pots were increasing naturally and we were not paying stamp duty to do it. Those who bought early were also seeing their rewards.

I feel sick that CF and co are working to make us all rich and doing it honestly whilst some are taking advantage and actually boast about shafting fellow shareholders.

PAAA (change of topic) I see you believe JPM are possibly the institution involved from outside sources.
Highbridge Capital Management are our biggest shorters and are owned by JPM after a buyout.

These threshold RNS releases are appallingly obscure when all it needs is the number of shares involved and the old and new percentage holding to make it clear?

Given there is one trade above a few hundred quid, I doubt very much it is bond holders.
More likely to be the small investors who were having a flutter rather than a major punt.
I can see why they'd turn their backs on this share - too time consuming where there is not a lot of riding on it - but the lth have a lot to lose and know this is a binary outcome i.e lose it all or get a decent sized small fraction back?

I am doing a Fagin, reviewing the situation , and at these prices I could double my holdings for very little money.

Yes 6 months sounds possible Tom.

The difference being that with the price firmed up and a known short term target , TG may have been able to escalate the work with a few more workers/sub-contractors/bits of machinery.
I simple love his frugal approach and consideration towards share-holders - I have every faith in him.

It is a pity the Colm and Gaabake are not so well versed in public speaking but it does not mean they are not clever men in their roles.

From experience the great talkers are very often not so talented elsewhere , and the doers are not great talkers.

JTD you don't seem to realise that work is progressing and if there is no award TG is prepared to connect to the regional grid. If BG had offered us 10Mw yonks ago I am not certain we'd have progressed much further than we have but there would have been a few more confident shareholders. Many of us are confident already of course.

Just bought a wheelchair friendly vehicle to transport my scooter to dog walks a bit further than the local rec or I might have gone in a good deal heavier. The good news is that I had 3p in my account which I included in the offer price and it got me one extra share! Could be worth 10p one of these years :O)

An Aussie I worked with was in a club with a mate, the rest of the bar was occupied by a rugby team one of whom was stood in a pool of spilt beer.

Russ, fairly inebriated, passed it on to the guy and was asked to repeat it several times which he did!!!!
After a punch in the face the doormen asked Mark and Russ to leave and said they'd keep the rugger boys inside for 10 ten minutes.

Russ told me the story next next day, "It waz a punch like a powder puff". He was huge and had missing teeth and said he was ready to fight them all! In his sober state he said he was glad the doormen did what they did however.

He was the one who told our primest programmer she was a stupid c.
She told me and I had to explain it was the ultimate nasty swear word over here.

As a student I was paying 1s 4d (i.e. the equivalent of 7p) a pint.

If I could have TLOU shares instead of the outgoings on alcohol over te years, I'd own half the company! But have done halves!

Same old £20 to buy TOU on ASX , £10 on TLOU on AIM.

Converting AUD$ to GBP and buying on FTSE tomorrow would lose me 8% shares.
Those 8% are worth more than £20 so I bought on ASX using AUD$ dividend and paid £20 commission.

Your starter for 10 is did I do it right? I am not sure but they fiddled me again!
They showed $36.7 commission in AUD but £20 came at as $37.6 on the contract note.
I have not a clue but got 0.1 AUD price which made the number of shares I wanted easy to calculate.
They don't allow currency value purchase on International markets - so you have to calculate how many yourself.

5.89p was the cheapest buy shown?

Not looked at TOU on ASX but should do - think a CBA dividend might be overdue in AUD$

I am unaware of TLOU spending much time talking about the water like Kalahari's agents do in their interesting link from Lekka a few days ago. I wonder if it is worth loads of money or whether it is the environmental considerations that create the importance. Is our site as water-bound as theirs?
