And wouldn't the placements and open purchases be shown separately as they were different deals?

15.48 is 15p + 3.2% which does not marry with stamp duty.

Are directors offered 1/22 of their holding plus requests for optional extras , like us?
I can see there could be claims of insider dealing if they got all the extras they requested, but the 1/22 seems fair (excluding those resulting from shares they got for nought).

On my analysis spreadsheets I had to give up on Excel "Evaluate" from a function and now I am buzzing!
The sad thing is I can see how I did on all shares I owned in the last 7 years, whether I hold now or not!
All the ones I have dumped were in profit , even New World , where I made over £100 on one buy and one sell.
They were the stock that became Eridge on my II account and then died! I lost more than £100 there.
Perhaps I should go back to dividend chasing or trading if the market makes it worthwhile before record date.
Time consuming , but maybe worth it now I have loads of time.

Many of here have suggested Avanti is the former (dead), but I hope there is still hope for this stock, without being certain. I have no experience of life after death before and doubted it 100%.
But Sept 27th 2018 lifted the chances for me. My late wife was worried I'd get rid of our dog after she was gone.
Did she return to check up on me (in the form of a robin and butterfly?), and did the dog sense her presence then and on other occasions that I did not?
After my sister said the robin could have been Liz I poo pooed the idea in my mind. But then the butterfly mysteriously appeared the next night and I googled bereavement and robins to find this

Their stories are far more dubious than mine imho. Graveyards, freshly turned earth, and worms easily explain the presence of birds. But a bedroom that has no food or water and a dog in the house? That experience is more compelling.
It probably sounds like wishful thinking to you, but , believe me, I have tried hard to find a reason why, after 15 years in this house, this happened for the first and only time.

The reason I am still invested is that I was sold on the idea way back before #1 and thought it was a sure fired hit.
What has gone on since has blown my mind - don't know how they made such a mess of it . The history was so mysterious , I am assuming the future will also be!
I still believe the mission was very sensible from the start , so instead of making a fortune from the off, most of that fortune will go to paying off debts but once that is in control the 2 fishes and 5 loaves of bread to come might make it all worth while.
It would be more comfortable if I believed in miracles I suppose :O(

I am not as cynical as I used to be since the robin and butterfly visited my bedroom upstairs (with shut windows) a week after my wife died. That was extraordinary over just two nights, robin first, then the butterfly, nothing else since Sept 27th! BUT the thing that makes me wonder most was that the dog was sleeping upstairs too (just the two of us now) and whilst she always barks at any extraneous noises (voices,car doors,post etc) and chases around the house - I was trying to catch the robin to put it outside for some time AND SHE WAS AS PEACEFUL AS COULD BE. I cannot explain it at all because the robin would have travelld through the car port, utility room, kitchen, passage and then up the stairs to the dormer bedroom - one of 5 bedrooms - 4 easier to find downstairs in a bungalow but the one I used. I think I have joined the Monkees (pop group for youngsters - UK and worldwide No 1 " I'm a believer"), with only their 2nd single).

In case you are wondering, I turned the light off, opened the blind and window and the robin flew out towards the street lights. The back door was open from 3pm to 4pm for Poppy to go in and out to the garden and this was after 2am . Why didn't Poppy hear it and react in all that time? Would a bird enter a house where there is dog?
I looked for bird poo to clean up and did not find any. Avanti becoming profitable would be easier to explain :O)

BTS, if the business case is strong, it does not matter whether it is on AIM or the FTSE 100 , the market cannot change that!
Surely you believe in the business case - I think that is why most of us are invested here and not in bit coin or Flybe!

You probably know how much is to be refunded so, if you have that amount in the bank , you could always transfer that in now (or Tuesday) and bag the price you want. And when the refund comes you can transfer it back to your bank.
