I am getting intermittent access failures on LSE when I download a username's history. I think it may depend when I logged out and logged back in because it hapens seemlessly and I don't understand how I have logged in half the time. Google, Microsoft, Mozilla, AVG and Facebook are involved in all sorts. I get password requests and cannot tell who is asking me for which one? And then there is the Iphone passcodes and facial recognition which I like for banking! It is comforting to know that my phone and photo are needed on top of passwords on the laptop.

But I am logging in to allsorts using facebook facials if I forget passwords which is helpful at times but undermines the password requirement and need to remember them.

The result of this is I see Winni's posts often , and he seems happier with Tlou's directors than he does with his other pastures! TG always wanted a Green company so hardly a surprise there 😜

Had my first appt at the Cataract hospital yesterday. Drove there to be told it was a 3 hour pre-op exercise and I was not allowed to drive. So we have rescheduled it for next Friday. They'll be squirting stuff into my eye I think.

Power query takes my mind off such things. It is brilliant when it works but so easy to upset. And finding the reason for the failure is so tricky. I am going to use the fact that LSE shows posts in reverse time sequence for filtered epic names until I reach the required number of posts for that user or no more pages are available.

My account is useless, everything for years has been TLOU so the first x posts will all be collated.

The prototype was impressive , just show all epics from a chosen number of pages . The dates on Thornback's history are of little interest and ripley has so many epics on the go that I end up with no TLOU posts from his pages and that produces an error when there is no record to add the page number to!!!

Winni was famous for her collection of shoes but I could not find anything on the count. So the title is off topic.

I have finally got what I want in terms of the pages I need to load.

I locate Posters as WHO , Post Date as WHEN , the Chatroom as WHERE , and then the thorny bit , which Page numbers do I want for each combination of each. My mistake was splitting them into individual functions for each search. I had a brainwave last night when I could not sleep! I fell in the lounge on my way to get some food (probably lack of food was behind the fall) and landed on my right ribs. I need to lean to the right to drain my leg catheter bag into the night bag but my ribs were too sore to get comfortable.

Was lucky because my specs took a bashing and one side of them was bent far too wide to grip behind my ears. I used a pair of small pliers to bend the arm back towards the normal position. And expected it to break - but it was oK!!! I have no appetite so I had a bowl of fruit and Fibre and a pint of ale prior to the fall.

My balance is hopeless and I think my motor bike days are over for me. I need some food supplies so I'll be using the car later. On Friday I visit the medical centre for the first time so I am hoping the first cataract operation is pending. I cannot read the Iphone pages and my laptop discharged to zero yesterday!

I dropped the laptop and it landed on the charging port , breaking the jack plug in half! I used the type C port and it was fine until it went flat. Trial and error shows that I need a blue led to be lit on the charger for it to charge. So the port must be be bent, making it possible to lose connection. Sent off for a type B charger which will hopefully connect 100%. But at least I know how to charge the battery.

The blue led is on an adaptor from C-type USB to Type B (the jack plug that snapped).

Thought it was a waste of money but it is working fine now.

Time to get up and to the supermarket before the weather warms up.

Describes what has been , and will be the case forever!

Botswana was partly elected because they had dual fuel capability but had no gas available to swap over to.

Diesel prices went through the roof to emphasis the importance of getting to the gas!

Every man and his dog knew that , and it was pretty obvious when diesel costs reached $40 from $30 per unit of electricity , whatever that is , that it made sense for BPC to finance TLOU's funding in their own best interest because Tony looking to beat the Australian price of $10 to $12 , as a return , whilst also beating the diesel price of $40 per unit.

But TG did not offer them any brown paper sacks or whatever the powers that be needed to fund us! And we all know that everything conspired against TLOU getting into production.

BUT since March 2025, all systems are go!! Funding is sorted , Kala are getting gas at the world's lowest price , by funding TLOU. I think $1.8 per unit was what they estimated their cost per unit to be?

TLOU maybe hoped for 10 times from BPC , $18 is certainly way below both $30 and $40 or more, and is higher that $10 or $12!!! That Aussie estimate has probably risen over the years , but there is room to manoeuvre whatever the present day rates are!!

$1.8 is probably less volatile , so any price rise will probably boost Kala profits because they can charge more!

Increase profits raises TLOU's repayment rate plus Cash in hand, whether that is 25% or 100% of their share.

Kala's agreement is flawless - they merely need to reach their goal in the AI industry, and likewise for TLOU , and both will prosper!

As for BPC , subsidising the cost of energy for the populace of Botswana looks inevitable. But once TLOU are funded with no repayment concerns , BPC can look forward to the new partner in CBM production and use!

Why nobody agrees with me is totally beyond my comprehension - we have a mutual bond with Kala - they are getting fuel cheaper than the Botswanan people are paying - how can they turn their back on Tlou? And TLOU have all th worries of the world taken off their backs!!

Two companies trying to achieve what they set out to do is the price they are paying!!

Deep joy!!!!! It seems too good to be true but the logic behind it makes it totally believable!

And if Kala and TLou both do a good job , BPC has a wonderful partner in crime ..... fully funded , competitively priced , and has not cost them anything but the time all 3 have lost over the years!

It truly is a fairy story and all we need now is the plan between the partners regarding Solar and CBM priorities.

The poisoned apple is what you lot believe - that Kala are insincere and will not find the money for Tlou to complete their calling. OR trillons of cu ft of gas are destined to stay locked away forever in the wicked witch's cellar.

All these years wasted upon him , he does not even know TG has stood down?

And why not? He has secured funding for TLOU , Doc is in the chair and will be a very able deputy for TG.

After 14 years TG leaves TLOU fully funded and debts from that funding sorted out for as many years as it takes Kala to clear them on our behalf. Interest free, the period is of little consequence to TLOU, and Kala seem confident that Data Centre profits are going to be high enough to secure the debt and the supply of more gas as Lesedi, Boomslang and Mambo deliver greater gas flows.

It seems unlikely that TLOU will not share new gas flows with both partners irrespective of the hedging agreement. It is in their interest for all 3 parties to be as profitable as possible. The TX line is automatically going to filtered at the 25MW capacity. So should BPC be more profitable at that stage , income from the Data Centre will be welcome while the next TX lines are commissioned? And if BPC is less profitable , as seems likely if AI lives up to its potential , then the partnership will be paying off very well indeed.

Bots , TLOU cannot use extra gas flows until Serowe is connected or Kala introduce more generators when it that going to penetrate your thick skull?

As you can see Power Query ignores the filter , and today's post has been dated as the 25th for me!

It suggests that Kala are at least in discussion with Tlou.

And I am yet to see anything to the contrary.

Kala are the driving force here - Tlou are at their beck and call but the rewards for both are mutually inclusive - each relies upon the other to be proactive!

So one account covering everything appears to be the plan.

It remains to be seen which items will be shouldered by Kala , and which by Tlou.

A rule of thumb , could be , anything that Tlou spends to increases Kala's profits is billable and to be repaid.

Everything Tlou spends to improve PPA income definitely will.

That leaves e.g. maintenance of site costs which benefits both companies but neither's direct profits?

Proportionally these may be 50-50 for starters but move in either direction?

So Tlou will owe Kala for all Solar costs , the 1MW and 5MW if adopted, but will prosper from Kala and BPC individually. It will be interesting to see how Tlou's income compares with the outstanding debt?

And how long the debt will take to clear?

Just took a peak at MFM's recommended stock, Bezant.

Tlou has 1.29 bn shares issued, SXX was nearer 10 bn when they sold up, and Bezant has over twice SXX.

The dividends from that number os shares would put me off. BP has less than 16bn and they are massive. I worked on their Treasury Reports which were rounded in £m's and were still big numbers.

They set up Financial International but toyed with buying the Midland bank. I mentioned it to my barber, whose son worked for Shell, and apparently Shell had considered buying LLoyds. At Dorset County council the base value in finance was 1/12th of an old penny , and we rounded to the nearest penny in may reports. You can imagine how mind blowing BP was after that.

Winni, it occurs to me that , as the only active supporter of TG and Tlou, I might be Bots lifeline to a shareprice that rivals his average price per share. The more I repeat my theory the better he might feel?.

As to the legal proceedings these seem to be headed by Lefoko Moagi and masses of civil servants.

Moagi is accused of money laundering to hide back handers from Asia not Australia. Only in Botswana could someone used a herd of cattle as the means , but previously he was deemed to have stolen a watering trough that was left to rust in a back water somewhere. His guilt or innocence seems totally unrelated to Tlou.

Moagi declared UDI as the Minister and he awarded Tlou a PPA for 10MW when imho they were content with 2 or 3 MW. Moagi clearly assumed that a higher PPA was a perk for TLOU , whereas TG always thought that selling power was never going to be a problem in an energy deficient region.

It was important to Sekaname because their PPA of 90+MW was their carrot for potential investors.

Moagi , and many posters on here , thought this true for Tlou as well. I never attached any importance to the PPA because TG was clearly right! And it seemed that PPA's risked power suppliers being locked in to 2016 prices for many years - especially Sekaname who needed eternity!

It has always been the case that any criticism he makes of others reflects upon his own weaknesses 100%.

I am extracting the posts okay , which are bypass the filter of course , but then MFM posted and my mini-project i.e. producing a time chart plotting date, time, and message board for each alter-ego , became pointless. I download those fields alongside message content and other columns which I cannot help seeing as I filter the unwanted columns.

He never addresses the actual issue because he knows he'll lose the argument! So a generic term is all you get from him , and arguing that one not stupid, ignorant, dreaming etc etc makes one appear to be overconfident (big headed). I fell foul of that by quoting my IQ which is still 136 after dropping a bit. I expected a much lower score due to my short term memory faikures which are severe.

Examples are "I predict a riot" signature tune of one of my favourite dart players! I knew his name was Luke but could not get away from Phillips as his surname, knowing it was wrong. Went through the alphabet to no avail before having to google him! Luke Humphries is his name and Hump Three is my moniker for him, and I'd forgotten it.

Another example , football pundit Andy Townsend! I googled Andy K because I could not get Kennedy out of my head. It feels like extreme stupidity , but intelligence is not affected apparently.

This has been a sad share for all of us.

I have watched many respectable shareholders fade away , and throughout that there is the same troll talking about never having been wrong in an undending torrent of half truths and fully blown lies about anything he thinks is harmful to Tlou or Botswana.

MM, BytheSea,Lager KHan and now MFM have all seemingly bitten the dust in the Kalahari desert, some leaving at fortunate times when, little did we know , the shareprice was quite good compared to what was coming. MFM exit is a shocker , he must have thought £1m was possible for this share. I was concerned who was giving their stock away in case it was Doc. The evidence was that it could not be him but I never considered that it was one of us! I remember doubting that any of us had 3m shares when that was a pertinent holding for a while (dunno why now) and MM told me that I'd be surprised how many people owned 3m!!!

Please tell me, I was not responsible for MFM's exit. I still feel guilty that I encoraged BytheSea to stick to his holding. I have always stuck with mine, because through thick and thin, I always thought the price was about to start climbing. And the partnership this past year is the same!!! We have never been closer to a boom!

One announcement confirming Kala are funding Tlou is it all it needs.

When MFM asked me for the date this was going to come, I never thought for a nano-second that I might influence him in his decision to hold or sell. May Day without 1 month trial , and end of May if they needed to check the reliability of flows for a month ( confirming last year's trial) is what I really think.

MFM was not messing , he allowed me 4 days over the weekend , but the gravity of that went over my head!

June is busting out all over? A boom rather than a bust I hope. Still think this is a diamond but I am too old and decrepit to buy a hydrogen powered motor cycle. A hydrogen powered commode maybe!

I'll miss you MFM , you have been very fair to me over a longish period.

I am unwaivering in my belief however. The old Tlou you describe over a decade looks decidely dodgy in your sentiment. It almost bears out Donkey statements about funding and convertibles bla bla bla.

But the last decade for me was a 2 year joyride , followed by 2 years of Govt/BPC delay, then 4 years of lockdowns/Covid that kyboshed Tlou who did well to survive. But the cost was the loss of our faith in the share, and then the cavalry arrived! Kala ! And a viable Tlou was created out of the ashes.

I insist that the partnership is onl 6 to 8 weeks old - AI live on a small scale can be claimed to be half the Tlou role imho. Kala are sensibly upgrading to Solar so funding can be repaid without the need for dewatering.

And if Tlou are permitted to fund the PPA for 2/3 MW using Solar too , 2026 will be exciting.

Tlou were always going to be expanding gas flows as a long term mission if all their plans.

But doing that interest free with money paying off debt via Solar is nothing short of miraculous.

No hard feelings about the ripley mistake , you have been very understanding and given me your time on many occasions and I appreciate that. Looking at the order list there is a chance of buying back at a profit.

The share certainly is a law unto itself.
