My take on the RNS is that after a lot of talk about coal's demise and the advent of Solar world-wide, Botswana's Mr Moagi has confirmed his faith in CBM. The news is not only good for us, Thornback's post that our 10Mw agreement looks nailed on, but this is reassuring for Sekaname's 90Mw+ plans as well. I doubt they will ever get there so there is potential there for TLOU to pick up with a ready-made agreement for 90Mw in time. If indeed a PPA was ever required to get financing offers it will keep TLOU in business for quite a while!

I also doubt we ever needed a PPA because the demand for power is obvious throughout the region but a PPA will confirm the value of CBM which is a grey area. $10-$12 in Oz , up to $30 in Africa has been mentioned with $18+ a realistic target. Knowing the value for certain is now imminent and anything over $12 looks to be a huge incentive to buy TLOU shares.

TG chose Botswana/Souther Africa for higher rewards for less red tape - if he'd targetted Oz would we be operational now? Who knows? Would it have happened before Covid?

Mr Moagi looks to be a strong person and his support is worth so much during this awful pandemic. He appears to be true to his word, as is TG, I am very happy.

The line that I noticed supports my belief that TG is doing a brilliant job to keep us alive ....

Tlou will have everything planned ahead based on when power production is deliverable to Serowi.
If that slides anything planned up to that stage can slide too without causing any grief further up the line.

We can continue as we are, doing nothing , into the distant future due to the diligence of our chairman.

What is missing that was planned? Well, the priority currently is poles and wires , and there are companies chomping at the bit to get that contract. If Mary Poppins completed that task tomorrow would it bring forward the completion date? Not a chance!!!!!! Gas flows won't improve because they are a few poles in the ground reaching 100km from Lesedi.

So no awards yet for those contractors and no need to raise funds to pay them! You call that a broken promise , I call it comon sense!

Once the vaccine is adopted widely enough across Botswana to allow full scale development to resume life will change for TLOU but until then we are in hibernation and the only thing changing on the critical path is the date of the origin!

It will be his password that is needed - it is unique and the only reference to it is on personal hard-drives if I understand it correctly. If banks start charging negative interest TG will be clever to wait - but bitcoin type crypto currencies will surely prosper. They are a bit like shares with a ceiling on the issue so no placings after it is reached.

They have come a long way in 50 years , kgotia or not.

The main reason for the sp not being sensible is the number of automatic trades, imho.

Once the price drops, the triggers to sell are all reached , and vice versa.

However on the way up my suspicion is that the triggers to profit take are far too pessimistic so we never reach the heady days of £20+ (when I bought in) anymore.

Peter's dumping of 25% of his holding dragged us down to these lowly levels. I hope his 75% holding at these prices was worth it , or maybe I don't? But 3 years ago current prices were the norm so maybe the £20 days are gone for quite a while?

Somebody tried to buy at 5.2c last night, creating a ridiculously wide spread, but, at the equivalent of 2.94p , was understandable given idiots on the London exchange are gifting their shares below that price!

Nobody bit on ASX and 6.1c remains as the sp i.e. 3.43p , and without London's influence, I reckon it would be even higher!

After a higher spread on ASX at bedtime last night (with both figures over 6c) , I see it defaulted back to 5.8c because there were no trades on ASX. HOLD is the order of the day,week,year,decade in Oz it seems. Bully for them!

Reading it again, it looks as though #4 will provide enough gas to power a generator alone (up to 2Mw) so possibly more gas than Serula? I think they Serula's generator had to be modified to operate with lower gas flows, maybe the same for Lesedi ?

The lack of information could be interpretted that way, or maybe , just maybe , it is possible #4 is expected to provide enough gas for an unmodified generator.

"Gas flow rates are not anticipated to increase significantly until further drilling is carried out to assist with dewatering of the reservoir. Once further water can be removed from the system by additional wells, the gas should start to increase substantially. " suggests #4 is nowhere near it's full potential for phase 1, but will be during phase2. It was always better than #3 , but #3 is clearly very waterlogged currently - it will improve and more water usually means more gas!

Good news from #4 , water is decreasing at last and the gas is replacing it s expected, though not in high enough volumes to not need assistance from further wells. With a shallower seam, the Serowe seam, available logic says it might be drier than the deep, Moripule seam.

No unpleasant surprises, in fact the opposite, with finance not being dependent on a PPA from one organisation. The bad news is likely to be they will charge more interest for less security - hence ongoing discussions with the Govt depts, and others! No denial they are talking to Aliko you'll notice! If MM's notice of his presence was not true, TLOU might have told us that - unless it is so off the mark they cannot believe we took it seriously.

I'm still very happy, no bad news is good news in my book - #3 not mentioned explicitly - so new wells look to be on the cards.
They might drain #3 for us, so that re-opening #3 becomes a doddle?

Wording on solar suggests it takes a back seat to CBM currently. I hope that remains the case. I don't want them to waste valuable time in getting CBM operational.

Share price has improved marginally - I wonder how long that release has been available?

These are not negotiations for a few million dollars - they will decide the terms for the future finances , some for very high value, over a few decades.
