The shares won't be able to be traded on a public market and you'll probably receive them in certificated form. Extremely difficult to trade shares like this (privately) and no one may want to buy them, so I would be prepared to write them off.

Whoever said the other day that games are being played was right. Nomad seems to be hiding something - delaying issuing corrective TR1 RNS. Seems like something pretty fundamental is going to errupt - a power play between the majority shareholders and the BOD/Nomad.
