I don't think they really misled anyone? At least not since I invested here. Much worse companies out there on AIM! E.g. PeerTV - now that one I really deserve to lose everything on for not researching properly!

I completely agree Washers. I found myself in a loss position of 12K in AST recently and now I'm almost in profit and expecting lots of it too. Obviously it depends on the company, but if you believe in it and its prospects for the future, what's the point in selling at a loss?

Shukan, I agree too. I work in the financial services industry and there is a HUGE focus on finTech at the moment. The big banks are getting in on the act too and there is a massive digital agenda atm. So I think the timing of this RTO is good and just what FTE needs. I'm certainly interested to see how this develops. I can't think of many listed finTech companies at the moment which I think will make this an attractive investment based on sentiment alone. GL.

I don't usually filter people, but all this FTE hate is getting so repetitive now that I feel I have no choice to. I think most people here are quite happy to still be invested and are waiting for the RTO. I've only a small amount here so if it all goes t*ts up, then it's not the end of the world. At the least that's my attitude when it comes to investing. Remember cash is king. Best wishes to all FTE haters.

I'm not sure why. I will repeat what I said: I'm happy to hold until the RTO. At the end of the day, it's money I can afford to lose as any investment should be.

Interested in how this is going to end. Obviously I've written this £1k off, but is the company going to be liquidated? Any debt? Any assets left to sell?

Having bad luck on AIM stocks at the moment - got caught on the spike of AST and am a wad down there, trying to average down... and my other AIM stock FTE is still suspended and awaiting RTO to happen. Would be nice if this one came good!

So when do we get the liquidation notice?

If only so we can get complete closure over this and move on! Although does anyone think that if it's taking this long to update us, it's potentially a good sign as they could still be trying to find a solution i.e. find a new nomad?

Personally, I have to say I find the silence on the part of the company/BOD completely disgusting. It's been weeks now since last news. We're well overdue an update.

Well I have since recovered my stake in PTV through gains elsewhere so not the end of the world if it goes bust - however, it's the principle of the thing really.

This is still showing in my HL portfolio. When is it removed? Would rather not be reminded of this now...

I guess the reason we've had no RNS filed is because there's no nomad to do it and no one competent at the company who can do it :/

One has to ask the question why the nomad has resigned in the first place??

Also, the company may decide to do a share buy back of some of the shares before they're delisted. Not sure how likely this is in the current scenario and whether it would have the funds to do it. Fingers crossed we don't come to this!
