Neejab, that�s a great start thanks. I wonder whether we�re able to challenge CH on some of last year�s earlier RNS�s and the way the SP has performed since. Ie they have allowed Henderson/LO to exit at a higher price with PI�s now left with the current dire SP. Did Henderson�s have any inside information through Clive Carver? The whole thing just looks so fishy to me.

Sorry two possibilities. I was going to say CH has been genuinely unlucky and acted in good faiths but the sloppy communication has been inexclusible. I’m hoping there is good reason for that.

Only three possibilities FX: either CH is incompetent as a CEO (either through action or inaction to events), or something bigger is happening in the background which has now necessitated the SR (possibly involving the manipulation of the SP by sustained shorting attack. Perhaps CFEP has been involved as well?

I’m going to await the outcome of the SR before forming a final conclusion of CH and this whole saga. The SR is our only hope now as I agree it’s too big for current management to carry off. At least CH seems to have realised this himself now?
