Time is up here. Let’s exit Slovenia and move on to a more pro-business country, obviously pursuing damages for the project development costs and lost revenue. When governments don’t follow their own laws, it will never be a level playing field. This will be very damaging for Slovenia as it will deter any foreign investment.

The whole situation is madness. A country ignoring their own/EU’s environmental laws. What hope does anyone have?

No. Clearly the tabloidesque writing style of a few posters, repeated use of certain words (LolLol)... and negative arguments and spin, spouted on here day after day, indicate that it’s the same person, probably being paid to keep the SP down.

I had a look at JOG’s SP, which you mentioned in your previous post. It looks like a shambles over there? Not sure what happened but the SP there doesn’t look good at all...

I think the AST ship is starting to turn around however... as I mentioned, I believe it’s started to trend upwards from the start of April. If you’re happy to take a long term view here, I think this is a good investment.

It does seem that the bottom was hit at the start of April before the announcement of IPPC permit and there is a general upward trend?

Because they’re under the mid-point of the published bid-offer spread and the LSE system therefore wrongly classifies them as a sell (because it’s closer to the published bid). The real spread is much closer.

Not sure I’d expect him to. There’s no obligation to notify the market if they’re below the notification threshold.

Looks like these buys are being triggered by a bot/algorithm as they are getting around the same price each time. Possibly filling a large order...
