Sol, well you can’t be a director if you’re bankrupt... Have to say it’s very unusual for a director not to own shares in his own company but the reason here may be they’re unable to do so due to them possessing inside information.

Seems JB is more ambitious than CH regarding future plans for the company. If you attended the shareholder presentation that was really clear. Time for him to put his money where his mouth is and the company to start again on a new slate.

I doubt this very much. My view it will be funded by third-party litigation funding.

Google “third-party litigation funding” which is essentially the route I think Colin will go down. Shareholder dilution won’t be necessary although the company will be required to take out after-the-event litigation insurance to mitigate some of the costs the third party funder incurs if we lose the case.

Lejjb, have you read/seen a copy of the JV agreement?

The obvious questions that spring to mind, that any litigation lawyer would be advising on: “Do we have a strong legal case?” And “What are our prospects of success?”

Am I missing something here, but surely we have a bloody strong case at the moment? Colin must be feeling confident of an out-of-court settlement at least?
