To be honest, I'm glad that boots on the ground are going in (as glad as anyone can be).

All this talk of the enriched uranium. It's about time the USA started showing the world this uranium. Prove to the world that all this war is worth the effort. I believe the only way to do it, is boots on the ground, and that they take it away, or at least destroy in a controlled verified way. (and that does not include bombing.

US B2 stealth bombers are not flattening every nuclear ......... I have seen no evidence whatsoever of this. If I'm wrong, please provide evidence.

The Iranian navy will be destroyed within days. We are already in day 4, and there has been very little evidence of any attacks on navy vessels. Wishful thinking on your part me thinks.

Giantsquid, look back a few posts. The strait has been declared closed. Iran does not need the military means. Insurance companies get very spooky about things like this. If they believe it's shut, it's shut. Simple as that.

Great to find this thread, I've been looking around for the past few weeks for possible new ISA provider (wife and I are with ii), and while cost are increasing (we're both near the threshold) I've decide to stick with them.

Bottom line is, they have served us well. Never had a problem with them, their dividend handling is good (re invest 2 working days after payday) Always someone on the end of the phone if you need them.

Their "family deal" (under £100K) ISA deal, is very good if you qualify. Not sure about trading, as I don't trade.

Oh dear, things are starting to get very serious.

Just thought I'd pop over to the Shell board, (I own a few of them too) to see how they view the weekend (given all the things going on in the middle east). I was surprised there were 0 posts, compared to the 33 here.

Not sure what conclusion you can draw from that ....
